I went in to kill some time and buy some beauty products before my nail appointment. I was greeted with "Can I help you" (which is to be expected walking into a shop) however, when I said no I'm okay, I was then followed around the entire store, a customer walked in and asked for some help, where she was hurried to said item, the employee then literally jumped into my aisle to proceed watching me. It was very uncomfortable and made me not want to purchase anything or go there again in the future.
Isn't that what cameras are for? So you don't have to physically stalk your customers.

Will lose your script repeats for life saving medication, will shout out your medical problems loudly for the whole store to hear. They never have anything in stock either, save yourself and go to Chemists at Orion or Town Centre.

I'm extremely unhappy with this store. My doctor surgery had sent though some crucial medications 6 days ago for me to pick up, when I went in they assured me that they had not been sent! I couldn't get my medications or contact my doctors as it was then the Christmas holidays. I called my Dr straight away today and they told me they should have them. So my partner went to get them and was told yet again they weren't there! After speaking to my Dr again I find out that they were sent 6 DAYS ago! I have had to spend the holidays in a ball in pain from not having my medications when they have stuffed up multiple times! I will NOT be going there EVER AGAIN and will spread the word, so this doesn't happen again to anyone else. I also got no sorry or anything from them! Absolutely ropeable

I've been there numerous times and each time is better than the last. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I receive great advice to skin, makeup and health it's a great thing they've opened up near to me and now I can shop peacefully.

Probably the nicest Priceline I’ve ever been in! Will be great once the doctors open up next door too. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable which is great considering some pharmacy’s you go to they just fob you off.

If I could I would give it a zero. The staff are rude, no I didn't buy anything just had a sticky beak just hearing the staff and store manager. The store manager was on the phone I think to another store and the way they were speaking is disgusting. I will never go here. They need some if not a lot of lessons in manners because my kids have better manners than the staff here

Need more staff for prescriptions, waited 20 mins because pharmacist was assisting a lady with what a normal worker could help with. FYI there was only x2 customers in shop and mine was the only prescription

My Experience Was Nothing Short Of Disgusting. I Decide To Venture Pass My Local Store In Favour Of Comming To This As It Is New. Regardless Of How New It Is The Staff Are Incredibly Rude. One Of The Counter Ladies Zordan {Did Not Catch Right Spelling} Spoke Down To Me As If I Didnt Have A Clue In The World. Shamefull. Could Not Pay Me To Come Back Here Im Afraid. Disrespectful.

I would rather travel further and go to another pharmacy. I visited this store for the first time this week, and stood at the counter waiting to be served. The ladies behind the counter continued talking to eachother, knowing I was waiting. Poor customer service.

I went into the store while they were still slowly doing shelves. The loveliest staff! So glad one is close
