Had such a great experience by professionals who are passionate about what they do and very happy to help and share their expertise. Fair pricing too. Wish I had a place like this closer to home!

I brought in my jacket to be cleaned, they told me about a problem that could occur while cleaning and I trusted them. I later have come back to find a completely different problem with my jacket big red stains on my white sleeves. Wouldn’t recommend!

Thanks to Presto’s I can now wear my white jeans again.

They had a tough food stain in them, that Presto’s were able to get out. The customer service was great. And they were quick to fix the stain. Would 100% recommend.

I had the pleasure of suppling Eddie and Katrina with new Laundry equipment recently including Wet Clean system for their Dry cleaning business. I was involved with the installation process and during this time I found the way they conducted there business was of a very high standard and extremely professional in every way. The time they spend with individual customers and explaining the process in detail I found to be second to none. I would strongly recommend there services for any Dry cleaning, Wet cleaning or any Laundry services.

I took a leather dress to be cleaned as it had been kept for a long time in my cupboard. The lady told me that some slight stains would not come out and it was possible that some new stains would appear. I decided not to go ahead because it was going to be a waste of money and it could damage my dress. I asked her for an idea about stretching the dress and she told me that she could try in her machine, but she couldn't guarantee if it would work. I decided to leave the dress with her and when I came back to collect, not only the dress wasn't stretched, but it was full of stains. I told a lady that I wasn't informed that the dress could get stained and she said this things can happen and at the end of the day she wasn't going to charge me for it. I told her that I decided not to clean the dress in first place, because I didn't want to risk it to get stained, but she looked at me as if it was my problem not theirs. I left the place deeply sadnned because my daughter was going to wear my dress for a party. The dress doesn't fit me anymore and to see my daugther wearing it was very gratifying. Prestos has ruined my plessure. I would expect them to give me a compensation, because I wasn't informed that the dress could get damaged. If I knew that this was going to be the case, I wouldn't have allowed them to stretch my dress. I wish I could give them a zero.

Absolute A+ service. Was able to complete all the work in half the time quoted. Above and beyond my expectations. After some disappointing experiences at other dry cleaners this is officially my only dry cleaning service that I'll be using on the coast. Great work!

I took a favourite shirt in as I had got melted rubber from the car on it and the guy said wait a minute and went away worked on it and came back with it all fixed and didn't accept any money for it. They are always such a great business to deal with

I have used Prestos for over twenty five years and recommend the team very highly. Drycleaning and alterations are always carried out to a very high standard. Never once have I had an issue with them in the time I have used them.

Absolutely lovely staff who are very professional and went out of their way to remove some stains on one of my garments. Everything came back perfect and turned around in 24 hours from drop off. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

Very Very Impressed. I recently tried Presto's after using another company for years. Service was fast, friendly and efficient from a team who obviously take great pride in their work. I actually met the owner when collecting my items. It's always so refreshing to meet business owners that are passionate about good service. I'm a convert - will definitely be back.
