I have known Nathan at Premier Hifi for many years and his service is always outstanding. I needed to refresh my home theatre setup and Nathan gave me great insights and advice. I needed a projector that could project in widescreen format and he guided me patiently through all my options. I ended up with an Epson projector and Denon receiver and I’m over the moon with the set-up. Neale did the installation and I have been enjoying a cinematic experience ever since. From the initial meet with Nathan, everything has been great. Such awesome service and knowledge on anything asked in regards to cinema setup and home automation.
The guys recently installed some security devices for me and the team on the day were very efficient and managed to get the job done before a specific date.

Excellent experience. I was looking at a BenQ X3000i Projector, a specific model which just came out. I gave them a call and they said they could order it and ship it to my house within a week at most. Nathan was very helpful and friendly! In addition, the shipping was super quick and arrived a lot quicker than expected. I highly recommend Nathan and the team at Premier Hifi Noosa!

I ordered a speaker which I knew was on backorder. Everytime I enquired regarding a delivery date Nathan was prompt in replying either via email or phone.

I ordered a Sonos product online - they had the best prices anywhere. I was a bit apprehensive cos this is a small store in QLD.but they delivered. The dude actually made an express delivery, so it arrived super fast as soon as it was in stock. When I made inquiries he was always very responsive and respectful. These guys are legends, genuinely a pleasure to do business iwth them.
