Gio has created such a friendly, encouraging and positive gym community at Premier! Gio & his team have a great amount of knowledge, expertise and guidance to share with everyone.
I have noticed such a big change in my strength & fitness, & that’s a big thanks to the wide variety of workouts & classes provided by Gio.
