Prelude Dance Centre

Just started dancing here as an adult and Prelude Dance has been very welcoming. They are very responsive and are happy to help with any questions you may have. They are also very inclusive whether you are a beginner or advanced at dancing. Everyone is also really friendly. Can't wait to keep going and watch my performance improve!

Our daughter has loved ballet since she could walk.so we wanted a centre that would nurture an grow that love we have gotten that plus so much more. Staff have been so helpful and accomadating. Our daughter has made beautiful friends and counts down the days to dance. We are so incredibly happy with our choice.

I'm so upset about this centre my daughter has been with them for two years with no progress, the last time I was invited to watch the girls practicing, and I was really shocked by the performance! It's really disappointing and painful to watch my daughter doing wrong movement, she could hurt her back, and the instructor was watching without giving a word!

My 13 year old daughter has been dancing at Prelude for 2.5 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the caring, supportive and friendly environment. Miss Kelly is always super organised and communicates extremely well with the dance community including families. To top it all off, my daughter has the time of her life and has been the most engaged she has ever been at a dance school and loves going! Her improvement has been amazing and I cry every time I watch her dance The Joy that she radiates when dancing is the most anyone could ever want for their child. Her confidence and overall health has improved out of sight. Dancing at Prelude has changed her life.

My daughter loves her teacher and loves going to class. They teach the ballet basics to the little ones by incorporating it into a playful dance style, which allows kids to be kids while still learning dance essentials. Prelude also goes the extra distance putting on disco’s for the kids and doing pamper days for the mum’s leading up to others day. We love prelude!

My girls really enjoy their dancing with Miss Kelly and Miss Monica every Tuesday afternoon. They are excited to dress up for their concerts and we all look forward to dance lessons each week. Prelude dance studio has been a welcome addition to our weekly routine this year.

Close to home and class prices are very reasonably. My daughter has been going to prelude for 2 years. I love how the teachers are so understanding of the children's needs and never force them to do anything they don't want to do. My daughter looks forward to going every week and I look forward to watching her grow and learn at prelude.

Kelly has welcomed my quiet daughter into her dance studio since she started We Bop as a 2 year old. Now she is in Petit Dance for 3-5 year olds and loves coming to her weekly class.

My daughter has enjoyed doing ballet and tap classes with Miss Kelly for almost 3 years. She has thrived in the classes with the community feel of the centre. I have danced at many studios in my life and I must say this is the best one for me and many others. I love coming to dance each week, I feel so welcome and at home surrounded by such friendly teachers and students. I enjoy the enthusiasm everyone, including myself, has for each class and upcoming performance. I also love the assistant teaching program you have in place as it allows us to connect with other students at the studio. Thank you so much Miss Kelly for your wonderful Dance school I hope you continue to grow and expand.
