I'm a nervous person when it comes to dentitists, but have to say this surgery was awesome. I was made to feel comfortable and the procedure was fine - two crowns. Thankyou

My dentist Billy made the whole experience comfortable and really precision is the name of the game at this clinic Billy was extremely precise and efficient.

Additionally the administrative staff provided second to none service and nothing was too difficult in providing me assistance.

I have already had several treatments and services (teeth whitening, fillings, wisdom tooth care and cleaning) at this clinic and all have been of excellent quality. Dr. Choi and the rest of the staff at the clinic are excellent and professional people. I no longer live in Brisbane and continue to visit the dentist because in my opinion they are the best in Australia without a doubt.

I saw the team at Precision Dental for the first time today. It was my first time going to the dentist in Australia. I'm really happy with the care I received. The practice itself feels very welcoming (not sterile and hostile like some other dentists I've been too in the past). The staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with how high-tech the practice seemed, they had a different type of descaling that I'd not experienced before and even gave me a desensitising treatment afterwards to help make sure there was no discomfort after the clean. I was very happy with my consultation, check-up and clean, the dentist and assistant were very professional and kind and were able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand, they answered all my questions and concerns too. I was able to book in for my treatment after getting a quote within a week which is insane to me that you don't have to wait months for the next appointment. I'm not covered by private health but thought the pricing was reasonable for dental work. I'm very pleased I chose this practice!

Billy is a great dentist. I was very nervous at first changing dentist but he makes me feel relaxed and has done great work on my crowns. I would highly recommend him and would not go anywhere else. The staff he has working with him are great too.

The team at Precision Dental are very professional and put me at ease, despite suffering from dental anxiety in the past. Dr Choi explains the treatment plan in detail, ensures there is no pain during the procedure, and is incredibly efficient while maintaining the highest standards. Lidia, the receptionist, always calls to check in the next day and make sure there are no issues post treatment. I feel so much more relaxed about attending regular check ups now that I’ve found such a great dentist, and cannot recommend Dr Choi and his team at Precision Dental highly enough!

Very good experience. My old crown from years ago suddenly cracked. I was looking for a practice that could schedule an emergency appointment. Reached out to Precision Dental. Lidia promptly accommodated an appointment. Dr Choi masterfully replaced the crown. Super professional and a master of his craft. The office staff are polite, professional and efficient. I highly recommended this practice.

Billy and the team are excellent. I have had two fillings done and have some teeth capping to go. Very happy with the professionalism and service and won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Cheers

I was scared of going to the dentist until I found Dr Billy, but when you find a dentist you trust there’s no need to be scared anymore. I’ve now had fillings, a tooth removal, and cosmetic work all done by Dr Billy and everything has been perfect, I’ll never go anywhere else again. Lovely nurses and reception team too:)

I was sceptical initially when I looked at al other reviews.there were just so many 5* but I felt it was worth at least a consultation. And so handy, down the road from my house. Dr Billy Choi was brilliant. He was very thorough with my visit and he gave me some great advice on some cosmetic dentistry and did a fantastic job of my front tooth. I would highly recommend him and the staff were fabulous too. So helpful, great service. He is going to definitely be my new dentist moving forward
