Precision Computers & Data Recovery

We purchased two second hand machines for our workplace and had quite specific requirements. The team were extremely helpful and accommodating and we are extremely happy with the equipment provided! We will definitely be using again.

I needed a new computer to run the latest photoshop program and after looking and trying to work out the best way to go I rang Precision Computers. As I explained what I needed Veenay listened to me, gave me feed back on what way to go. It was nice to have some one honest and I ended up with a high end computer at a great price that will last me for many years to come. Veenay looked at my needs and planed for the future in the specs of the computer, how great is that. I give Veenay 10 out 10 for customer service and honesty, hard to find these day. Well what can I say about Precision Computers and Veenay, the day I emailed and then called him, he was on what I wanted, the experience was so smooth, this felt like old world service to detail.
It is a shame most other places could not have the same personal touch as what Precision Computers do.

Precision was able to help me recover some important hard drives that had corrupted over time. Vinay is an absolute legend, and kept me informed every step of the way to make sure I was okay with the budget of the procedure. One of the more ethical businesses Ive dealt with in a while, will be recommending them to my friends who run into hard drive issues.

I must say that these guys are WONDERFUL.i almost had a heart attack a few months ago right before christmas when my harddrive with my whole life of data died and was not being recognised. Veenay and his team helped me deescalate and reassured me they would do everything needed to save my data.i was almost inconsolable at that time.but veenay was right! Everything was saved AND it was done at a reasonable cost considering the amount of time / effort / resources i know went into saving my data.seriously lifesavers

I won’t shop here again. Paid for a PC ‘in stock’ six weeks ago and still don’t have it. Absolutely crazy in my opinion. Have no idea what the products are like, but hardly worth the wait time.

I decided to enquire about bitcoin mining a couple months back, now my computer experience goes as far as a smart phone, I never had a laptop or pc so this made me a little nervous.when I called i was put through to Veenay who I dealt with the whole way through (always took my call or called right back), after some encouraging and cautious advice I said yes let's do it. And after having it running now for some time i am so happy, was as easy as bringing it home and switching on, just as Veenay said, will be a return customer.

I took my hard drive here because I needed the data to be transferred from an older technology drive to a newer one. They told me that the data was corrupt and it would cost me $1000-$2000 to fix. I couldn't afford this at the time, so a friend said they'd take a look at it. He was able to transfer the data no problem, the data was not corrupt. Be careful with spending lots of money here.

We purchased a Computer for the first time in May for my 15yr old and she loves it, was fully recommended by the staff, when our 14yr old b'day came up they did it again in November. Amazing team, very helpful and awesome products. Will be back agin for sure.

The staff there are honest and the computers are ready to take home really fast, there really cheap but are very good quality I would definitely recommend Precision Computers.

You can not go wrong dealing with Precision Computers. I have not even recieved my product yet and to even review a company is not something i usually do. These guys are exceptipnal in customer service and comunication. Veenay has spared alot of his time discussing and providing information to me on numerous occasions, even though i prpbaly ask the same question time and time again. Trust in precision computers, you may need to be patient at times, but this is a good thing as businesses that are busy speak for themselve. Veenay and his organisation are a credit to hard work. Support them and you will not be disapointed. Remember i write this review before i recieve my prodoct, this is because i know i am dealing with a true honest old school gentleman.

Great service, informative and honest. Bought a gaming PC for my partner and it works great. Will definitely be going through these guys for any future computer needs.

As far as dignity and so called professionalism goes, naming individuals by first and last name, goes to show what extent you'd go to in order to save face. As for anything from my lawyer would be irrelevant given the matter has finally been resolved after a regretful purchase from your store and dealing with people the struggle to understand English given English is not your first language Mr Veenay. In regards to your self proclaimed professional approach, your attempt and indirect intention of trying to embarrass my partner by the "application rejection", your hunger and thirst for the sale purchase amount made you push for approval because of my partner already having active and current accounts so the application was approved per further assessment until you pulled a dodgy move to get it all approved, even boasting you know all the right people at the finance company which most of your and I quote "30 000" customers use. As for the abuse, if speaking direct and frank is your definition of abuse, again proves English is not your first language (please refer to your response to the review). As for all the dates you posted in an attempt to sound professional, 3-4 weeks just to get products tested again shows the lack of your understanding of professional. As for the 10th gen, if you look at the dates that posted and looked at the dates of the release of the 10th gen, again you'd (you would) see how unprofessional it was to sell a 9th gen pc for the price of a 10th gen pc. A review is to let the public know about an individuals experience, which triggered you because as the saying goes (no one wants to hear the truth) and when you saw the review it made you look at it as an attack because you and I both know the truth and one review can reflect badly on a professional business, but you have nothing to be concerned about as you demonstrated in your response. I would wish your store luck, but then that would be bad of me to do because then others could have the experience of purchasing anything from your store. Lastly, the system was not running "well" by any and every means of the word. It sat untouched until I purchased products from other professional businesses, hence the calls and emails regarding returning of products and refund.

Precision Computers analysed an external drive for me and found it had a head issue. I was able to find my critical data on another device, so I didn’t need the advanced services required to recover data. Pete provided a great report and returned the drive at no cost. No data, no cost is true. The whole process was easy and quick. I’ll look to use these guys again for any pc needs.

Fantastic purchasing experience, from the very start, Vennay and the staff were so helpful and listened to everything I needed to get a PC for my teenager. So friendly and knowledgeable and answered all concerns and queries. Helped with Finance options, so grateful. Family very happy:)

Purchased a computer a few months ago, on arrival i was not greeted in the store until i had said i was going to purchase a computer. Spent $1500 on a desk top computer to later find out the HDMI doesn't work, the USB slots are slowly failing and will not accept my mouse or keyboard. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Not very happy with the service or the product.

Brilliant Service - visited their store to purchase an iPad on finance. The staff was very friendly and helpful - i had special requests for the color and accessories which the staff on floor was not sure off. They rang the owner who was on holidays and he helped me while on leave to answer my queries and get my humm finance approved while i waited in their mount gravatt store. I am really thankful as it was a gift for my son and they ensured that it got in on time - just picked up the gear from them. Will definitely recommend them to others - great family business.
