Awesome help from Daya and all of the crew. Very friendly and helpful. I was given a couple of options on what to do after having a dying phone and decided to purchase a second hand phone replacement from the shop and fast charger.

Highly recommend PSR! Great/affordable prices compared to most in cairns. Received great customer service from Caleb from start to end, literally greeted and served me as I entered the door. Left my phone with them in the morning and picked it up by lunch, amazing. Will definitely be returning:)

Thought my sim wasn't registering so took it in for them to look at, so they put their sim in to test. Restarted it. And it worked
I swear I did that multiple times.yes not my finest hr standing there looking like a old person who knows nothing about technology
They also glued my back cover back on FOC

Made my day. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my phone. It wasn’t turning on or charging. I took it to Stockland and they told me it will cost $359 to fix and they can’t fix my phone because of short staff. They ask me to go try at cairns central but I have seen this shop while going to work. My phone just needed reboot. They did it in minute for free. Wonderful and genuine staffs. I would recommend everyone to go see this guys with any problem with your phone.

I had an issue with my screen and the team here resolved it super quickly, an employee named grace in particular had exceptional customer services skills and made the overall experience better, given the circumstances of being there for a broken phone: (their pricing was fair and a lot more affordable than other places I’ve been to in the past.
