I locked myself out of my apartment at 4: 55,5 minutes before the office closed. I talked to a lovely man called Justin that was more then happy to help me. He assisted me and did everything he could to get my sparekey so I could sleep in my own bed. I was on my way to work for a nightshift and he offered to drop the key of at my work and contacted the building manager on my behalf. Thank you Justin for your lovely customer experience and help!

If you are looking for real estate property management, don't look past PRD Robina. Their admin staff (Sam and Kate) really understand the rental market and provide an excellent level of service. They inspect regularly and ensure tenants (and landlords) comply. If not, they take the necessary actions, nothing goes unattended. They always provide competitive quotes and resolve issues without involvement. They scrutinise new tenants to ensure suitability and negotiate competitive rents. They also have a great workflow system that keeps track of activities (nothing goes amiss). My property runs like clockwork, a service beyond expectation.

Hi All, I would really recommend PRD Robina for your rental needs especially Justin who helped us get a rental despite being ignored by other rental management. We were struggling to get one as we are currently living in Tasmania and was hoping to get a rental as we are about to start our new life in Gold Coast. Justin helped us by arranging with the owner for a virtual inspection which worked pretty well. The process of getting the contract was fast as well it was just streamline. Best experience ever.

I inquired about a property a number of times and my calls and messages were not returned.only after I had a friend inquire at the main office we found the property sold.the sales agents still havnt contacted me not professional service at all

If you are a property investor you want to use Jasmine Hodge! She understands how owning an investment property is a business.
I told her i don't write reviews for anyone and never have but if she could deliver on her ambitious promises of above average results i would write it and this is it.
She appraised my property much higher than expected and has very in depth knowledge of the local market and what causes movements in price. She understand target demographics for properties to get the best result. After 4 days she brought me a contract which was 50% higher than other agents had quoted me.
Don't bother using anyone else if you are serious about property.

I have previously had four property manager before I was fortunate enough to find Jasmine and PRD Robina. Jasmine is amazing, she is professional, honest and an investment property owners dream manager. Within one month of employing her services she was able to secure me $320 a week more rent for my two properties. I have found the entire team at PRD Robina to be incredible, they are friendly, approachable and above all else professional. The worst service I have EVER experienced in my 18yrs in flipping property. House sale of a relationship breakdown, was completely unheard, disrespected and isolated by Jasmine throughout the sale of my property. Notified I could change my listing prior to it being uploaded to the net, requested change in price time and time again and was belittled, disrespected and undermined. She never listened nor followed through with requests of change. Never once updated myself (always my ex) on open homes and progress regarding, not ever via text or email. Had to call management to complain and seek update on progress of my house sale. Played sides off against each other. NEVER AGAIN will I use PRD robina NEVER.
