I had a deeply disappointing experience with a psychologist from this firm.
Buyer beware!: they demonstrated unprofessionalism, made unsolicited claims, and, most concerning, refused to address my inquiries regarding the medical needs of my child. My frustration reached a point where I had to escalate the matter to the ombudsman for resolution. I hope this warning prevents others from undergoing similar distress.

Staff are very deceptive about what their psychologists are qualified to do and make no apologies when you discover you’ve been lied to as they never attempt to rectify the situation. Don’t use this place if you want to get proper genuine help.

Best practice I've ever been to. Good choice of who to see and very friendly and professional. 5 stars out of 5. Good people also in their building for other things like medical and acupuncture

This is a great psychology, there are so many different psychologists so there is someone for everyone. They are all very kind.

I finally got the courage to go to the doctor and seek therapy after years of not feeling like myself, and I was hopeful for some help from a professional with the state of my mental health. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice and was very disappointed! I’m not sure if it was just the psychologist I had but I left feeling worse than what I did before attending the session. First of all, she thought I was someone else with a name similar to mine and was trying to find my documents for the first 5-10 minutes of the session. I won’t go into detail but when she asked how I was feeling I felt very judged and misunderstood. She would disagree with everything I said and question me abruptly. She would ask me why I was crying and would constantly stare at me. She was very cold and I felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to walk out of the session… I wish I did! For someone who is meant to be a professional in mental health, this is unacceptable. I won’t ever go back!

Unfortunately, I only had one appointment here and would never recommend this practice. Having been in therapy for many years, I understand how psychology treatment should work and can say I left my appointment appalled and in absolute disbelief at what I had just paid for. Unsure if it was just the day however parking was also an absolute nightmare.

Paul Rushton is a brilliant doctor that treated me to an extend no other psychiatrist or psychologist achieved before. Could not recommend his services high enough.
