Powerhouse Gym Elite Stafford

I don’t go to this gym but I was solicited out the front by a short bearded man whilst heading to Woolworths. At first the interaction wasn’t bad but when the guy asked what gym I went to alls he could do was bag out my gym and say poor things about it. Pretty poor strategy and questionable ethics to defame other businesses in order to get new members.

Great gym and great atmosphere. Has a large variety of equipment, all of which is very high quality. I'm quite tall and the variety of equipment fits my height well, in particular the leg machines which at other gyms I usually don't fit in.

Powerhouse Elite gym exceeded my expectations in every way. The facility is spacious, equipped with modern gear, and maintained impeccably. The owner is friendly and always ready to assist. The positive environment and variety of classes make it an ideal fitness destination. Highly recommended!

INCREDIBLE atmosphere! Wonderful staff who are always happy to chat and help out with machines. The machines at this gym are like no other! Equipment specific for body building which is always fun when you want to switch things up. Iv been to alot of gyms and this by far is the best!

If you haven’t been here yet you are missing out. I’m blown away with the gym equipment, every single machine is design to adapt to you not viceversa. Also the staff is very friendly and their berry protein shake is to die for Highly recommended

This is hands down the best gym in Brissy, I’m high on pre rn but had to write this review, Amazing range of new clean looking sexy machines and equipments amazingly built gym lighting amazing, Honestly can’t recommend this gym enough MORE IMPORTANTLY THE MUSIC IS SPOT ON first time I take my AirPods off and actually listen to it

Absolutely amazing Gym! So much incredible equipment especially for athletes like myself who have a lot of pre-existing injuries. I can actually train legs without any knee pain for the first time in years.

There’s equipment in this gym that I’ve never seen anywhere else, including some famous gyms that I’ve trained at whilst overseas.

Unlike most gyms, it’s not over crowded and there’s so much equipment that I’ve never had to wait for anything.

It’s super clean and has a really amazing vibe, with a mix of people from all different walks of life at all different age groups and at all different fitness levels from beginners to pro athletes.

Everybody is made to feel welcome here and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and down to earth.

This gym is Brisbane’s best kept secret.

Was really excited to train here as I have a Fitness Passport and was here from interstate. Plus a relative said they loved the gym. I have used my fitness passport at Fitness First, Crunch Fitness, Snap Fitness, UFC, even World Gym at Stafford the other day.

So I came here to use the gym and here is how the conversation went.

Me: “Hey we’ve got a Fitness Passport and we’re here to use the gym”

Staff: “Oh so you guys needs to pay $25 each for a fob”

Me: “But what happens if we only use the gym for the day, we are here from interstate? ”

Staff: “Um well yeah nah that would be a casual visit so you would need to pay for a casual visit”

Me: “Really I did exactly this the other day at World Gym up the road”.

Staff: “Yeah nah well no you can’t actually do that. You need to get the fob. But I can check with the owner”.

Me: “But do I get a refund when I hand the fob back”

Staff: “Nah it is like a subscription thing you just need to pay for it and you don’t get that money back”.

Imagine this conversation unfolding. It was like conversing with an 8 year old.

Firstly this is why there is the judgement of people in the fitness industry as being dumb. Secondly no other and I mean no other gym has ever done that and I have been to endless amounts.

What a disappointment. I suggest staffing with people that have basic problem solving and communication abilities. Also reviewing those policies.

Came in as a casual with Delphine. Legit the best gym I’ve ever walked in. So much advanced equipment and facilities. Not to mention the cafe at the front. Staff are very lovely too?

World class equipment! Amazing Staff and Owners. Super friendly atmosphere. No ego lifter’s. Perfect if you’re a little shy or intimidated or just prefer to keep to yourself. Love this place!
