8Some very lovely and helpful girls were working tonight. I just want to thank you for your amazing service and apologise for totally wasting your time tonight: (I went to pay for an item but then I realised I couldn’t pay for it anymore. So I told her I can’t pay for it anymore until I get paid the next day and put the item on hold instead. She was super nice and sympathetic about it by telling me “being an adult is hard” and “life gets in the way sometimes”. Thank you again
Went there today to shop for some work clothing had some lovely pieces but trying on in the change rooms were terrible. The lighting and the red rooms make your skin and the colour of the clothing look very horrible. I spoke the the ladies and they agreed and have told their head office and nothing has happened to improve the change rooms. Definitely stopped me from spending money there as nothing looked nice on. You need to listen to your staff and customers if you’re wanting sales or just returning customers.
Hey blonde lady who wears glasses, if you don't want to handle customer refunds, maybe you shouldn't work in retail.
Don't give your customers a hard time just because you hate your job.
If you're the manager/supervisor, I feel so sorry for your staff. I hope you don't talk to them like how you talk to your customers.

Great products but that one staff can really ruin the experience.
I went during the mask mandate, but I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. No one else was in the store but from the moment I walked in one of the staff members literally chased me down. She asked me firmly ‘ Do you have a mask? ’ and I replied ‘no but. ’. She didn’t even let me finish. She just said that I needed to leave the store immediately. I thought about trying to explain to her about why I wasn’t wearing a mask but I didn’t appreciate her attitude at all so I just left.
I don’t think it was company policy to kick people out like that, but I don’t know if I’ll ever feel comfortable walking into that store again. It’s a pity because they really do have nice products, and I have been a customer for many years now.

Who doesn't love Portmans? They don't always have my style in season but classy workwear typically always there
I love this place whenever I'm in town this is where you can find me I love this election at either had I loved the staff and service they gave
Went to Portmans Queen Street Mall and was blown away by how helpful they were helping me, however did not have my size in a coat I wanted. They went above and beyond to find the closest store with my size.
So off to Portmans Garden City I went today. When I walked on the store the staff were behind the counter chatting, not bothered by this, but when they looked up and saw me and went back to their conversation, I was a tad upset with no hello, or how are you. There was no one else in the store at this point. I went to the counter told them I had an item on hold and they got it for me. I went to the dressing room to try the coat on, decided to go down a size and they were more than happy to grab me the next size down.
When I was happy with the garment size I went to the counter to pay. Took a moment for anyone to realise I'd been waiting to be served. Left feeling satisfied with my purchase, but I felt as if they staff did not take me serious due to my age and had no motivation.
Ill be going back go Portmans Queen Street Mall for all my shopping now, even though Garden City is closer.
