Great service. Very experienced person who knew what they were talking about and gave the right advice

Went to my favourite store and when I get to the checkout there was a very young staff member. I had 3 items on account but I was only charged for 2. When I mentioned that I had 3 items I was overcharged. This was then corrected. It's great that Mitre10 is encouraging young workers but upper management needs to ensure that they are fully trained and competent.

A huge range of products from lovely homeware, plants and gardening equipment, tools, pest control, outdoor and camping equipment, even things for your pets. Charlie's Cafe has great coffee and food. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

A weekly Saturday visit. Food is good as is service and you can have a look around after. Easy parking

Lots of nice products but bit expensive. Female staff member was very nice and willing to help me. Not as much of the interesting gear that they used to have. The atmosphere has changed didn't feel as open or welcoming anymore.

A very relaxing shopping experience always new products to look at and a great coffee shop to go to after the shopping is done.

Porters quite often don't have what you need and the plumbing department what plumbing department. Back to bunnings.

I was yesterday at the Mackay store, they treated me very well. Kind and efficient people. They solved the problem for me right away

Very poor customer service when things go wrong with your product. Had to chase up myself for replacement product.

Couldn't get what I wanted at Bunnings but they had the sprinklers I was after.

Meeting up with colleagues here regularly and is a busy spot. And never wait ling and enough tables and chairs. Food it speaks for it's self, large variety of seeets to complement the yummy coffee.

Such a well planned shop. Everything is easy to find, and if not, there are always helpful staff. The plants section is awesome.you can spend so much time looking for something really special to plant out and enjoy. After spending ages going through plants, furniture, barbeques and tools, then treat yourself to a drink and food at Charlies Cafe in the Centre. Always a well earned stop to indulge yourself. So much more than just a hardware.
