Jesse and his team at Poolwerx Regents Park are AMAZING! We've been with them since we moved in. Not only do they always manage to fix any issues with our pool, but they also help to educate you with Pool Maintenance etc. Even in their busiest times they strive to help everyone that they can without compromising on quality or efficiency. They have wonderful communication and are always friendly and striving for perfection!
I can't recommend them enough, if you need Pool Maintenance, cleaning, pool services etc.

Best pool shop by far. Jassi and Manpreet are always super helpful and dont charge an absolute bomb like another local poolwerx. Remember customers. Also, they respond quickly. I accidentally sent a request to the other store, realised mistake and then messaged Jassi and Manpreet. I just heard from the other store (5 days later) to say they couldnt come for another 10 days yet Ive already had Jassi come and help my needs.

No the wrong lady for the job. 10 dollars for a water test we have been customers for eight years.we have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years no more.

My friends have used the services of theses guys and they spent over $500 with really poor results. Two Indian guys turned up on a number of times to fix the problems with there pool and honestly they were hopeless they couldn't get it fixed and just continued to tell them they needed to come back to fix it. What a joke how bloody hard is it to clean a pool guys! Get guys that know there job!

Rude, absolutely awful customer service. Maintenance is a joke and absolutely no help in an emergency situation other then to tell me I am wrong and don't know what I am talking about when I am standing there looking at the issues. Should be 0 stars

We just had our pool pump replaced this morning and we regularly have our water tested and buy products from this store. The managers and staff are friendly, really look after their customers and do a great job with fitting equipment. As regular customers we highly recommend.
