I've been a customer of Pool Werx for a couple of years now. I recently used their vacation service only to return home to a green pool with algae growing (less than 72 hours after their final service). Poolwerx blames the warm weather and my not adding chlorine (after I returned from vacation), even though the pool was green following the service. Now struggling to get it back to pre-vacation pristine condition on my own time and at my expense.
