Despite their best efforts, the cleaner still faced challenges in cleaning my pool. However, the remarkable part of this experience was the continued dedication of Matt and Sam to find a solution. They patiently explored alternative options, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction that is truly commendable.

Placed an online order. Website could be better in terms of response time and navigation, but overall happy with my product. At least there is an online presence which a lot of small businesses don't have.
Recently had an Onga pool pump that needed urgent servicing. Matt @ PoolSpot Camp Hill recommended me directly to a repairer at Cannon Hill.
The service there was excellent and turn around time within 24 hrs.

Absolutely useless service. Phone calls never returned or acknowledged. Five times rung over the same subject and none of the staff in particular Matt responding. The worst service I have ever received. They do not deserve any business. Would recommend that people stay well clear of these idiots
Utterly impressed with Ross and his team today. Not only did they have all the parts in stock, they happily helped us put parts into the device we brought in to the shop. They saved us a lot of time and effort today and if we lived closer we would be using your crew for pool maintenance. It was well worth the drive from the other side of town. Thanks very much Ross.

Worst customer service ever. Quick to take money then never ever answer questions after. I wanted to return the item unused and even offered to let them keep some of the money but no answer despite 4-5 attempts. Look for someone else
Worst customer service by Judy. And very childish behaviour. Refuses to discuss a pool equipment issue that was attended by staff from the store just a few days earlier. Even hung up on me multiple times after having a rant at me without listening to what the issue was. Absolutely do not recommend using this business.

First class service. Repaired my pump at half the cost of replacing it and then went the extra mile to come out and reinstall and program it correctly - didn't even have to ask, Ross just offered. Thankyou for your help and expertise.
Wonderful customer service. I never feel like they're trying to oversell on product. Just what you need, with some good advice.
Refuses to provide refund on a product they do not have in stock and can not order as manufacturer does not have it. I sent a request through paypal to cancel the order and requested a refund. They ignored, so I escalated. Now states they dont accept contact through paypal. They accept payment, but not request for refund. Avoid buying online from a store that does not comply with consumer law. Clearly could not provide product in a reasonable time. Should have contacted me and refunded as they could not get the product, not me chase a refund. Poor form, poor online service. Lucky for paypal protections as well.
Edit: Telling me not to email you via PayPal in the way you state is like saying you should ring me first to make sure it was ok to process my payment through paypal before you took my money. I gave you almost 3 weeks to respond to my request to cancel before escalting it within paypal timeframes. And I at no time agreed to an indefinite delivery time. You said you expected the item in a few days that week. You should have just processed the refund when I requested it and then I would not have had to escalate it through Paypal. You also had the option through Paypal to authorise the refund, but chose not to. This is a breach of consumer law as you can not supply the item and refused the refund twice now.
I did contact you. You ignored it. This should have been quite simple. You accept PayPal payments. Paypal wont escalate issues until I have contacted you first which I did. This was so simple to solve, you can not supply, so that means refund. People will judge your business accordingly.
