Excellent pool servicing and customer service. I have had the team at Pool and Spa Megastore carry out monthly pool services on a couple of pools for a few years now. They do a great job and have never let me down.

Had almost nothing in stock and the wait time to order anything was a lot longer than everywhere else we went quoted us. The service was fine but we were able to get what we wanted straight away from somewhere else.

We changed over to Pool & Spa Megastore 5 months back. We were going through salt and chemicals at a rate of knots and they recommended we install a new chlorinator. We took up their advice. In the last 5 months (even with all the rain) we have not needed any salt and only 1.5kg of chlorine. The chlorinator was better value for money than most other places as well. Highly recommended!

Stopped in at the megastore today as first time pool owners and both me and my partner are very happy with the help we received from Dale.
He was friendly, helpful and professional.
Went above and beyond to help explain everything to us and help get us up and running with chemicals and equipment required to get a sick pool back to normal.
A huge thank you dale for taking the time to help us when we didn’t have a clue what we were doing.

This is the first time dealing with the “Pool and Spa Megastore” and my overall impression has been exceptional. Fantastic service, good prices and great knowledge.
Before going in, I emailed a couple of times and the replies were professional, friendly and prompt. I then went into the store and the great service continued from Mark and the other staff member. They provided personable service to not only me but other people in the store as well. They’re definitely a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. They will tell you what you need but also let you know what you do not need. Very honest. Have been going to them for years. Just bought and had them fit retro pool lights - look great and very professional. Hard to find any honest pool places but this is it.

Unprofessional, abusive owner. Swore several times at me, when i remained calm.
I do not recommend parting with your hard earned money by giving it to these guys. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER FOR YOUR NEEDS. Plenty of pool stores around no need to shop here.

Highly recommended to anyone looking to call a pool shop their own. Very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly staff who take a genuine interest in providing you everything you need to know and everything you need.

The owners are friendly & knowledgeable. In 14 yrs of pool ownership & using a number of different pool shops, my pool has never been as clear & the water so beautiful to swim in as it is since switching to pool & spa megastore.

What a joke the owner is. Had to do a warranty repair on my motor. Came home to find water gushing out of top jets as they were so rough when removing that they have broken the seals to the top jet. Also didn't replace the screws that held the motor in. The motor had a damaged seal and now sounds like a jet engine after there supposed fix. When confronted, Mark washed his hands of it as he said that I had bought the spa from the previous owner (2 years ago, so still under warranty) and that as he was a different owner (still the same shop) so it was not his responsibility. Never buy from this company, rough work and take no responsibility. Ended up going direct to the manufacturer who has been a great help. Extremely disappointing attitude and obviously no idea how to run a professional business.

Staff and service always excellent. Free testing on pool water and never push any overpriced, un-needed products like some other stores. Good range of products at a decent price and always willing to help. Highly recommended.
