This business is a family run business that treat their customers with the professionalism and the respect that the customer deserves. I had been struggling to bring my pool back after the February 2022 flooding after using 2 other pool services, But the family at Pool Gear had all staining cleared up and pool balanced within a month. The customer service extended as far as follow up calls a day or 2 after the service to check in on who things were looking.

Amanda at Pool Gear has been such a help since we installed our pool earlier this year. She is a wealth of knowledge and so friendly. Before we found Pool Gear we visited a couple of well known chain stores and the staff were so rude and unhelpful. This is hands down the best pool shop. All staff are very helpful and are experts on the Naked Freshwater System we have.

Dropped into the shop just over a week after our new pool was completed. Sometimes in life you just get lucky! Not ever having the need to visit a pool shop before, Amanda soon set me at ease. She had an answer to every question I asked and supplied answers to questions I should have asked. Honestly, if anyone needs to access a pool shop for supplies, advice or both, you’ll be extraordinarily happy with the customer service you will receive. Simply a happy, pleasant place to visit. There was another staff member there who came over as well to share some advice (didn’t catch her name) and it was much appreciated. You can tell they both love their job and go about it in a professional manner.

From first call, to quote to completion Krista, Troy and the team have been fantastic. Troy attended our home to "winterise" our pool and organise the replacement pool light and cartridges'. We have used Pool Gear at Burleigh Heads since our new pool was built. From the moment we visited they shared professional advice that was tailored to making sure our pool was perfectly set up. Not to mention the friendly service and absolutely no pushing when it came to buying products. We have been back every Saturday for 4 months, and nothing has changed.except our pool which looks amazing!

Oh and we purchased a Maytronics x30 robot cleaner at an incredibly competitive price. I would recommend one of these for any pebblecrete pool, it has made a massive difference to our pool and is easy-peasy to use.
