One of the only last hardware family store, always pleasant, well stocked, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and you don’t have to hunt them down for an advice or a chat. What a gem!

By chance stopped there to find a usb for the car lighter. They had it. Quick and attentive employee

Old fashioned service with a smile.

No matter what I need, what I've forgotten or what I've broken, they seem to have it or have the means to get it.

Always friendly and always helpful, the prices here are comparable to other hardware stores, certainly worth dropping in.

They cut keys aswell which is super handy

I think they need more staff. Always busy and you need to wait. BUT depending on the customer before you it could be a long wait with only one staff on.

Great little store. Deceiving shop front.long and deep with rear parking. Saved me many trips to Bunnings 25min away already.

Absolutely fantastic service. Prices are great too. For example.my son's Christmas electric skateboard's wheel had fallen off bending screws. It was only his first go and was pretty dissapointed. We took it into the hardware to get new screws. Turns out they were quite unusual screws and the hardware guys didn't have them. So they spent at least 40 minutes getting other screws, putting them in a vice, hacksawing them down, pulling the whole thing apart and rebuilding it. Very happy boy and dad. Then they charged me $1.50.the cost of a couple of screws! This is only one of many great experiences. I will only ever go anywhere else if I absolutely have to! Eleven out of ten!
