Polo Ralph Lauren reviews
8Terrible customer experience from the gentleman working. As a loyal customer to RL I was shocked and unimpressed. Honestly, do better or go work at Lowes.
Rude customer service, Unwelcoming staff especially that man who works there today. Don’t buy anything from this store. You will just get terrible and disgusting feeling after shopping there! Worst retail shop l ever had been.
Worst customer service ever. Make you feel like you are not welcome and shouldn't touch the clothes. The old lady approached us very rudely when we just wanted to see the material of the sweater and she couldn't even provide information about the material. Security walked in our direction to intimidate.
Had an absolutely disgraceful interaction this morning when I asked for the manager she could hardly understand me and speak English back to me. Staff were not interested in helping me. Wish I could give 0 stars. Should not be allowed to operate as “retail”
Inexperienced & unwelcoming staff.
I walked in and instantly got told to sign in by an older lady who seemed to be new at the store (or at her craft), without being remotely polite or somewhat relatable. Once I signed in she ignored me, then got approached by someone else. I am not sure who trained or hired the staff, but whoever did needs to find a new job.
Please consider connecting with your potential clients before telling them what to do because most people *will* do what you tell them as long as you are considerate. A friendly reminder also never hurts anyone. Your job is to lure your costumers in, not to scare them away at first glance. Hope this feedback helps.
Most likely not visiting again.
Staff members were happily interacting with a customer who was wearing a mask in such a way that exposed his mouth and nose. Absolutely appalling and doing a disservice to the wider community
Terrible customer experience. Attendant accused my friend of stealing and made her go back and show her the socks she allegedly stole.
