The service we recieved from Juliet at Politix Carindale was outstanding. She listened and helped us pick a suit for my husband for our wedding.
My husband recieved so many comments form the guests as how handsome he looked and how his suit complimented my dress and our wedding decore.

I went into the store on a Thursday, late night shopping, was immediately greeted and welcomed. Juliet approached me with kindness, used her skills to assist me with with a few clothing choices fitting my personality and style. Love the quality of Politix clothes.

I regularly visit the Carindale store to purchase clothes for my partner for the great quality and amazing customer service from the staff members. They always find time to attend to people despite how busy they are.

Would give Zero stars if possible. Huge fan of Politix. Half my wardrobe is probably Politix clothing but have walked into this store on numerous occasions and always either got ignored or fobbed off. Was just in there and none of the three workers even acknowledged I existed and I was the only one in the store. Absolutely horrible customer service. The only time they ever even looked at me was when I went in looking for a suit. So to me it seems like they only care about the big sale which makes me question if they care if I actually look good in the suit or they just want the commission.

If you want great service and staff who actually care I recommend heading down the road to the Mt Gravatt Garden City location where I have always had amazing service.
