We cannot recommend Danny at Politix Pac Fair enough. He has gone absolutely above and beyond to help my fiancé find himself and his groomsmen outfits for our upcoming wedding. His expert advice, professionalism and friendly service have been second to none, and we will definitely be returning to him personally for any new outfits needed in future. Do yourself a favour and request him when you’re next in store!

Walked in wanting to buy a nice suit, had a couple options in mind but every time I wanted to try a different colour undershirt the bloke would always refuse to go get it. I asked for other colours and he proceeded to always bring out what HE recons I should wear which is totally fine I’m happy for suggestions but it got to the point where I didn’t have a say in what I wanted to wear. I also wanted to try on a navy blue suit (which my brother bought) and he goes “ you can’t wear the same colour it looks like you’re going to a wedding”. Would definitely NOT recommend going here unless you want something chosen for you.

Came in tonight. Great service from the fella there. Very helpful and got a good outcome.will be back.

Esme was absolutely wonderful to deal with. We went to many suit stores that offered hardly any/poor service. We came here and were treated so great. Esme is super knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

Yesterday Friday 21st April, I dropped into the store to buy a shirt for a special occasion, the staff were amazing, polite, knowledgeable and most of all knew there products for the type of occasion.
It’s my first visit to Politix-Pacific Fair and I will definitely be back.
Walked out very satisfied and happy.

The manager knew his fashion, very well dressed, groomed and really lovely. The lady went out of her way to impress, with what Politix had to offer, also really nice. Well done! I got an awesome blazer, shorts and a crisp white shirt, they all fit perfectly and 2 items on sale! You can dress immaculately at this store. I highly recommend.

Part of the experience of buying expensive Men's wear is the Service and Product Presentation. For example, when I purchase from their competitor, Rodd & Gunn their clothes come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and in their logo cardboard bag.
For Christmas I purchased online 2 shirts & 1 X T shirt from "Politix". These are gifts. I've bought in store before and expect the presentation of their Expensive products to be beautifully packaged like Rodd & Gunn, which I did experience in store at Politix.
So, I expected shirts bought online to be similarly presented in black paper with Politix logo sticker in a Politics bag. After all, I'm paying a premium, so you expect excellent presentation; otherwise since Politix is saving money, pass it on and be clear "on-line" is a sub-standard service.
OH NO! Not at all! The Tshirt arrived from Shop 94, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach. It arrived crumpled, thrown into a Startrack plastic bag. No wrapping and they couldn't be bothered to insert the receipt into the purpose designed card. It felt like a Cheap Chinese outlet delivery. I just hope that if they are the wrong sizes that I don't experience problems getting them exchanged or refunded. I won't be buying any more gifts online from Politix.

Spent a fortune on politix clothes. After the first wash (following their instruction), none of them fitted. The fabrik clearly has a shrinking problem.

Excellent service from both women. Genuine feedback and advice, great interpersonal skills and just lovely overall.

Both the sales assistants were awesome.

The sizes I required weren’t in the shop, but they were able to go and collect them, and have them in the store for me later same day to re-try.

Got everything I needed for an upcoming event, and more.

Some amazing old fashion services, I was convinced it was a lost art, till I found this place can’t wait to go back, if iam ever looking for a suit this will be the place I go Danny was brilliant

Excellent service from Danny on three occasions over the past few weeks. He effortlessly arranged to source items for me to replace the wrong sizes I had purchased online, in a timely way and with great communication along the way. Although no direct sales benefit to his shop on this occasion, this type of service is what keeps customers loyal and coming back to Politix. Well done Danny!

Had the BEST experience at Politix, Pacific Fair. Matilda was amazing and helped my son find the perfect suit for his formal. Her patience, time, understanding and good sense of humor made it so easy. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

Danny was very helpful, patient with a great sense of humour and made the shopping experience fun.

Great shop, however, unnecessarily expensive. Reasonable price could make them a lot of Sales ‍️

Spoke to a young man Danny on the phone who was very rude continued to cut me off when I was trying to explain something.
I told him he was being rude and he chucked what id call a tantrom and disconnected the call on me.

Very unprofessinal.

A little disappointed on the service I received from the dark hair young lady that worked today.
Came on quite rude and assertive.
My friend found the suit he wanted and literally is going to buy it from another store just so he doesn't have to deal with her.
Needs to be reminded of what customer service is all about
