We are a family of Nigerians, we had walked in months prior and decided to give it a go a second time, walking in as black people can be quite intimidating as customer service would want to be very careful in how they interact, i beckoned on Jacob, and was like, we as a family are planning a
Photo shoot and would need his help and Jacob took the leap from zero to hero, he was like our brother, respectfully and intentionally focusing on what works for my husband, then we enjoyed the chat and laughed and it was just all the best customer service ever… we purchased, got a good deal, my daughter had a great conversation with him and the entire team where helpful and the interaction was fun, professional and warm. Thanks Jacob and thanks to the entire team of today. ️.

Greeting potential customers customers with condescension and judgement instead of a simple hello and proceeding to give them unsolicited and rude advice is not how you make sales, it's how you get 1 star reviews. Wish it was possible to go lower.

Don’t appreciate my brother and I being given backhanded “advice” while we were browsing. Definitely not the way to go about trying to get a sale on items much more expensive than the other options available in the centre.

Good clothes. Definitely better quality than some of the other stores.
Jacob was very helpful in finding clothes and also when we had to return an item. He seemed very friendly and passionate about his job.

I walk in and immediately one of the people there stops what they’re doing and comes to greet me and help me find what I’m looking for. The person, Jacob, was so fun, kind and great to chat to and provided me with excellent help. As a young pre-T trans guy, I feel extremely nervous clothes shopping, particularly in shops typically aimed at males. Jacob did not blink an eye at me, was extremely welcoming and made the experience so much better than I could have ever imagined. They treated me like a completely normal person, called me ‘sir’ and just gave me a really pleasant experience. Jacob also has a great sense of fashion and humour!
I’m pretty broke first year uni student so I don’t normally spend this much money on clothes, but after the service and how amazingly they found clothes that fit me properly and to suit the occasion, it was well worth spending that extra bit of money.

Went to exchange a short same price different colour, at first the receipt wasnt an issue (cause new short he wanted me to get was expensier) once i said no, he become very deffensive, sarcastic and rude, when i asked for the manager he refused calling him and when i asked for his name he also refused, he is an arrogant rude young brat i have been buying this label for over 18 years and honestly people like that in your store make me rethink in buying anything from there. The purchase was done on the 23/12/22 and trying to exchange was approximately 3/01/2023. Dont get me wrong old staff there is always great is just this young arrogant $%#@$$

Highly recommended, I had a great experience shopping for my brother's wedding party, i was warmly welcomed by Lejla, she guided me patiently during my shopping with her great positive attitude, i absolutely loved the experience i had there considering the great selection, design and quality of products they have in their store, at the end i highly recommend this store and i want to thank lejla again for her great help.:)

Beau was really good help today. He knew his stuff what he was talking about and also he didn’t push us and he had a a lot of options.

Went in for my wedding suit and groomsman outfits.
Had Beau help us and have to say he was brilliant. Great fashion knowledge and nothing was even slightly a hassle for him. He made the process extremely easy for us who are terrible with shopping.
The shop got very busy at one point and he was all over it paying attention to everyone without leaving anyone hanging.
That man deserves a pay rise or a promotion because he is a huge asset to Politix.

Beau was such an amazing help to myself, my fiancé and groomsmen. He is so passionate about his job as a stylist and has so much knowledge in the products he is selling.
Dylan who was also working at the time was super lovely and genuine as well.

Went in today to kit out my son for his formal, was greeted by Bo and Dylan. Both guys there were amazing with my son. Bo gave great advice to my boy and absolutely love his experience there. Would highly recommend to anyone. Felt welcomed as soon as we walked in and as we were leaving. Thank you so much team

Very pleasant experience this morning after phoning yesterday to enquire about a Blazer. Good communications with both staff members on both occasions. Quality product and great service.

The service was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They have a good eye for style and set me up with a great looking suit. I have been to a lot of stores looking for a wedding suit.but Politix at Garden City was by far the best place I had been to. Defs would recommend.

Had one awesome time today with Esmeralda and Greg the guru AKA Will styling my 17-year-old son for his formal. This was a fabulous experience, for everyone. Will should be running his own store he is such a people person who knows exactly how to treat customers. By the way, the clothes are pretty awesome too.

Amazing customer service (especially from Will). He’s an amazing bloke with an exotic personality. He has the energy of a 20 year old. Give him a pay rise.
