Was great service opened on lunch break for me, spend a lot of money in store. Asked about discount was told no can do only let down otherwise great clothes beautiful material thanks

Went in looking for an outfit for my works Christmas party. Dan was a huge help to me shared honest opinions and options highly value that in customer service

Visited this store with my husband today and couldn't have been more disappointed. Very poor customer service, no acknowledgement from staff, no one even bothered asking if we needed help. Shame because we ended up purchasing from Politix but at Myers.

5 star for DAN! This guy went above the norm in ensuring my son gets his suit-preference for school formal. He even called other outlets to find the exact size, colour of blazer and shirt and have them ready for me to collect. What a legend. Thanks Dan!

Amazing customer service provided by Zeny. Me and my brother in law was very happy with her suggestion and got perfect clothes for the occasion. Would definitely recommend this.

5 stars due to customer service alone. The staff on today were so attentive and helpful. Pull all the strings to ensure I had the right sized suit to go home with. Will definitely be back.

The only downside is the lack of stock, I find many politix stores understocked and its not uncommon to travel between stores to get everything you need.

Quick and knowledgable service from Isabella at Chermside who picked out the right colours and sizes. Made suit shopping (formal) for someone who doesn't know much about suits easy. The store also has a good range of sizes for skinnier people which I found multiple other stores struggled with.

Very helpful staff, Keagan helped me find what I needed and arranged pick up of other items needed from another store.

Jake was attentive without being pushy. He suggested items but wasn’t over selling. I was very happy with my purchases and thought the value was unexpected. Will come again

The lady in the store couldn't have been nicer and more helpful in every way and was very good with matching items and colour coordination a really pleasant experience.

As a Manager in Hospitality in customer service myself, I am always getting my own staff to better themselves on the importance of giving a first good impression and outstanding overall experience to customers. So they leave wanting to come back, that is what Josh and Ella have done for myself in this store. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, which they didn’t have in stock, Josh was so helpful ordered what I wanted. The communication was great and my overall experience was a very pleasant one. Which now has given these guys a returning customer. Thanks so much guys, you need a pay rise!

I’m trying to think of a time when I have received service, well lack thereof in my life. The girl in question has died red hair and is one of the most rude people you’ll encounter. She walked around and past me 5 times, when I had 2 items of clothing totaling over $300 to try on, which I was intending to buy after getting the sizes right. May as well been invisible. Just because someone’s not shaved for a few days doesn’t mean they don’t have money love. Time to rethink your career options. Maybe a Telstra call centre would suit better.

Extremely disappointed. Working in retail for over ten years I have never experienced such a dishonest and terrible customer service where no one can help resolve the issue. I feel extremely mislead and can’t believe a brand operates this way. If you plan to shop here be very careful!
