Politix - DFO Brisbane

Went to the store today to find a be back in an hour sign that said the attendee will be back at 3 pm. Gave up by 3: 30pm.

Marcus worked with us to puck out a wedding suit. For my first time buying a suit I felt comfortable and in good hands. Compared to the other suit stores at DFO the staff at Politix were awesome!

They guys working there were super helpful and everything sorted very efficiently also. Excellent.

Love this brand and have been buying for years. This time around from DFO Brisbane left a bit disappointed as after buying a Suit jacket was refused to be given a suit bag as the item was on sale. I still spend $200 bucks for a jacket so being said I am not entitled to a suit bag? Simply don't understand they undervalue a customer for buying a jacket on sale.

The suits here are more stylish and up to date then any other place we visited yesterday.

He has helped me with attire for formal and casual occasions; which is why this store is my first choice when I need something for an event. Thank-you for the fantastic service!

Great service. I looked visibly nervous yet the clerk treated me like a normal customer despite the fact I was absolutely not the target demographic. I really appreciated that. He was very helpful, friendly and made me feel more welcome. Even though in the end I didn't buy anything there, I'd still think about coming back.

The gentleman that helped us out today was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was very patient & had great attention to detail. Will definitely be shopping here again & highly recommend this store.

Sale's person was friendly, professional and very good at what he does. Manikins exceptional examples of how to wear the clothes.

We experienced the delights of Aiden from DFO-brisbane who took the time to listen and experiment with styles and colours for 2 up-coming formals. We walked away with 2 very appealing suits that can be tweaked to wear on a variety of occasions, going forward.

I bought a pair of suits from DFO Brisbane airport. One of the burgendy suits was a medium size and blue color suit was large size. I supposed to get both large size but one of the suits was a medium size. Only larze size fits me. After. 11 days from purchased, I went to chermside poltix to exchange the burgendy suit but the lady couldnt exchange it. I only need to exchange the on suits. She wasnt willing to refund and willing to give me the right size. This is the worst customer service and the refund policy isnot good. Cant recommend anyone to buy the suits from poltix.

My experience at Politix, Skygate was flawless huge thanks to Aiden and the boy's who take their job seriously but make you feel very welcome and are incredibly charming with a twist of no pressure. Aiden was super helpful and never strayed away, his focus was totally on me and styling me up. His knowledge and understanding of male fashion was quite impressive. Staff here have always been very helpful and friendly, even going as far as recommending adjustments to my style, that turned out to have a better look than what I had in mind. I've bought a lot of suits and coats in here and the staff always make sure I've bought the right one for me.
