Plus Fitness Beerwah has been a great Gym to train in. The staff are welcoming and professional, and are always approachable for advice or support. Mitch, a PT at Plus has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share and can (somehow) make working out fun. Highly recommend Plus Beerwah.

Do not join this gym! After repeated requests from me to cancel my membership after they automatically reactivated it after 3months without notification, I have had nothing but demands and harassment from both gym staff and paysmart. Even once I went in to cancel it in person they convinced me I didn't need to sign anything and that the manager would sort it out. Yesterday I had 2 emails demanding payments even though I had explicitly requested my membership to be cancelled almost 6weeks prior! They are rude, heavy handed, greedy and money hungry, not caring 1 bit about their members, only money. They even turn the aircon off at certain times in what I can only guess is to save money. The toilets are unhygenic more offer than not. There are notes all over the gym of what you can and can't do, this I understand with putting weights back and wiping equipment down but all the other trivial notices is just micromanaging! It really takes away the positivity of exercise and the gym experience. Just not a nice atmosphere like it once was with previous management. I speak with authority on this as I was an original member when this gym 1st opened up years ago! In summary I'd like to thank plus fitness beerwah for unlawfully deducting $101.00 from my BANK account today for only 2weeks membership which I cancelled weeks ago, this includes their dishonest and bogus late fee. Thankyou for the horrible experience, the sly underhanded way you operate, the threatening and demanding emails I received over the last few weeks and stealing money from my account today knowing full well permission was not granted! It's much appreciated, keep up the good work guys, your awesome!

I came into gym today to speak with staff about my membership and was filled with new knowledge about my body type and how I should approach my exercises to start seeing better improvements. My mind was just about made up when I walked in and I spoke to Theeth (I hope I spelt your name correct) she is absolutely so amazing, kind and so supportive and she changed my whole mindset not only about gym but about my body too. Thank you Theeth

The gym is lacking in basic amenities such as air conditioning and fans, making for an uncomfortable workout experience. At night time the air conditioning is turned off and there is no airflow, only two tiny fans above the treadmills. The air is thick as there is no ventilation just recycling air from everyone though out the night. You can smell all the people in the gym's body odour because everyone is sweating bricks from it being so hot. It is the middle of summer, and I feel we pay for a service we don't get. I have also put my complete in the drop box many times and the issue has not been addressed. I'm happy to change my review if this problem gets addressed. At least get fans on all the walls.

Its a good sized gym with good machines as well as free weight options that also offers PT options and various classes that are free with membership. Only negative would be not enough space to store your personal possessions and space isn't as secure as you would like. Some members tend to 'hang around' where these storage spaces are and I know it makes some people very nervous.

Clean, well equipped gym. Friendly staff and great boxing and H. I. T. T.sessions. Great location too with plenty of parking and cafes next door for a protein smoothie.

I really enjoyed training at this gym. The staff were all welcoming and the gym was well maintained and extremely clean. Phil got me started on a tailored fitness plan and demonstrated how to use all the equipment safely and correctly. Would highly recommend this gym to everyone

Spacious air conditioned gym, modern ergonomic equipment, clean and good range of machines and free weights. 24/7 access is handy. Friendly smiles from staff. Great location.

What a lovely gym. Up here on business and wanted a work out. Pleasantly surprised to find a plus fitness. Clean, tidy and with great equipment. Staff very friendly and professional too. Lucky Berwah to have such a nice gym.

Awesome gym - the staff and personal trainers are great & very supportive. I love the 24/7 access and the air conditioning is really, really good!
