Soooo happy with this gym. The staff (particularly Jack Kruss), equipment, cleanliness and vibe is unmatched. Highly recommended making this your go to gym if you’re in the area

All the workers at Plus Fitness Gym are legends and very accommodating regarding membership and starting up a healthy fitness routine, thanks Guys.

Amazing service, Nathan stayed back so that I could have a meeting about joining and him becoming my PT. He also went above and beyond to explain what we can do to get my body where I’d like it. Couldn’t be more happier with my new gym

When I first joined I was hesitant at using the equipment, being 58 years young. After meeting the staff and being welcomed to the super seniors program I quickly gained confidence and now I currently train three time per week

Easy to access has perfect machines for what I need many of the people here help each other out and it's a very friendly community with respect for one another plus me and my friends have only been coming for so long and already having a great time

Kylie and Phil are both great. Phil is a legend with the Air conditioning and music. Kylie is a great encouragement and has heaps of knowledge.

Friendly environment with all the necessary equipment anyone could need without being overly crowded or busy at any given time.

Rude, arrogant and no standards.
Worst customer service I ever have experienced.
I wish I could rate zero. The staff is not trained to handle customers.
They deducted money from our account twice after canceling my membership. They mislead people and make them fool for money.
Tip for them:
They have to put the donation box for themselves so can everyone put money in it. And they can use it for their maintenance. So that they no need to mislead people and deduct money from their accounts without their permission.

And one thing more even they don’t have any manager to talk n solve your problem they don’t have any head office where people can explain the issue.
Worst gym I ever seen in my life.

I signed up recently and really enjoy training at this gym. The staff are very welcoming and got me started on a tailored fitness program and showed me how to use the equipment. Well maintained always clean and tidy, new equipment too! Would recommend to anyone.

Passing through on business and used this lovely gym. What happy and helpful staff. Great equipment and really, really clean which was reassuring during covid times. The people of Ningi are lucky to have such a nice gym.
