Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.i had pants hemmed and a few things dry cleaned and re-stitched.very clean job, would recommend!

$17 to get a shirt dry cleaned and it came back with more creases than when I put it in. Waste of money.

Had a suit dry cleaned. Price is similar to others. Service was friendly. The suit was clean, well pressed, and was ready for pickup on time.

I've used Plus Dry Cleaners for lots of business shirt laundry services, the occasional suit and garment alterations and repairs. Service has been good, prices are fair, and parking outside is convenient. Only wish they'd switch to a paper garment wrapper instead of soft plastic.

I have used this dry cleaner for years and have never been disappointed. I travel a bit for work so while I live in Queensland, I still need suits and coat’s regularly cleaned. They are excellent!

Always courteous and do fabulous cleaning and pressing of My business shirts. I have had various alterations done and they have been perfect every time

Should have read the reviews. Items were late and not clean. They also called me after I’d dropped off my items to let me know they’d “undercharged” me and now wanted to charge me double to which I didn’t have much of a choice but to oblige because my items were already there.

Terrible service: their business hours are different from those advertised on the website, they're often late with the delivery and last time the clothes I picked up were still dirty. Not recommended.

Overpriced for average service. The lady who worked behind the counter this afternoon had an appaling lack of manners. Not recommended.

Avoid. The cleaners ruined my silk suit jacket and when I came back to dry clean my less delicate clothes I mentioned the damaged jacket and the eastern european lady's response was to ask me why did I return to them if they damaged my jacket.

She then asked if I wanted the 'Special' or 'Delicate' option. Where she explained that 'Delicate' as they will take more care with each clothing item but still read the care labels regardless whether it's Special or Delicate. Still wasn't any clearer on the difference except for the price.

On the few occasions that i have attempted to drop off my dry cleaning in the mornings before work, i have stood out front until almost 9am waiting for the shop to be opened. I have also noticed that the Asian lady is ALWAYS late to open! And when i have dropped items off, she is usually always absolutely rude and unhelpful and makes me and my friends never want to return there again! BUT. The other lady, Debbie.she is AMAZING Always friendly and always so helpful and lovely, And. ALWAYS opens the store on time. Debbie is by far the BEST and i would highly recommend taking your items to her. She's awesome but if the Asian lady's there.don't bother!

1 star is too good for this company. They ruined my jacket. It took me 3 weeks of calling to get someone who could assist me with my dispute. Wouldn't give me a refund only store credit. Dispute was finally settled 12months later after threatening to take the company to Small Claims.

Have used this place several times with no issues, to me it's a no-nonsense service. I like that it's pretty easy to get a park in the plaza right near where they are located. They also have a loyalty card to reward returning customers.

Rude Service, High prices, lost my pants and that's just the first time I used them. Gave them a second chance and paid a premium for next day service (not same day) and they said clothes would be back the following day at 4pm, went at 5pm, 30 minutes before closing and they still did not have my suit required for that evening. They didn't bother chasing it up just shrugged it off like it was no issue and served someone else. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

A staff member I haven't met before served me and was so rude this morning. The staff scanned a barcode on a shirt I was dropping off and it came up with another person's name and dry cleaning location. The staff member was all flustered and implied that shirt was not mine. The staff member then blamed the new system. I suggested there was a possibility of glitches in a new system and it was worth an investigation to prevent my shirts going to another person or location. The staff was even more rude after my suggestion. They have lost my business. I have been going there for nearly five years but not anymore. Bad customer service will loose long term customers in minutes.
