Platypus Shoes Helensvale

Great service, tried on a number of shoes, without purchasing, the staff were friendly and patient.

Disgraceful business, I have spent the last 2 weeks chasing my delivery that was apparently left at the street by their courier with no authority to leave & now be told by their staff that the delivery was complete & no refund is available.

I am so disapointed. We got there and all was good until, we were asking the lady working at the time to try on a pair of shoes. The lady didnt say anything and just walked away, then after a while she brings out the shoes. When i try them on i notice they are a bit weird in size but when i ask the lady she ignores me and starts helping another customer. Anyways, we end up buying the shoes and at home I am trying them on, when i took it upon myself to look at the tag on the inside, and I realised that this lady had sold us a 2 different sizes of shoe, 1 in male and 1 in female. How do you even mess that up. Anyways, extremly devastated as the lady was also not very nice to us aswell, also i dont get, how someone gets that mixed up. I do not reccomend this store.

Kodie & Teyne were the best team ever. Helped me solved a problem very quickly. Super friendly staff. Empathic, definitely recommend their store! Pop in for a visit, lots of good sales I found!

Came to exchanged shoes - Opening hours 9: 00 am. Came at 9: 30 am to find store closed! Change your hours or be on time, like the rest of us showing up for work.

Absolutely disgusted was being served by a girl wanted to purchase converse shoes didn’t have the size so asked for different style she walked off and served someone else don’t bother shopping there if you need anything go somewhere else

6 minutes to 4 on Sunday and waited 3 minutes to be served as they were at the back. To have them say sorry were close.

Came into the store a couple weeks back and was served by Caleb. He was very polite and very helpful. Helped me try on several shoes. Will definitely be coming back ️
