2 I am so excited to see there is a Platypus at Browns Plains now! We have been awaiting one to open for such a long time!
I must say, the Assistant Manager Emma is such an amazing worker who is extremely welcoming and helpful. Myself and my partner were just browsing around, which zero intention to buy anything. Emma was so lovely, that we ended up walking out with 4 new pairs of shoes. Customer Service roles need more people like Emma.

I would like to say a big shout out to Tamsin at Platypus Shoes Browns Plains…As a woman with a prosthetic leg finding shoes is a bit challenging to say the least. I couldn’t have been given better service by someone who literally got down on the floor to help with my shoes getting them on and off, as my foot is solid rubber. I did find a few pairs.
