Shopped there yesterday and the team were very helpful. Thank you for my Hokas and Skechers.

My partner brought a pair of Vans from this shop 14 days ago the colour has rapidly faded. Took them back with the receipt the manager didn’t exchange them because they look worn….

Their response is that when you wear black shoes in rain they are known to fade.

Great range of shoes, Great prices and awesome range. They have a super cheap wall with some seriously cheap shoes, picked up a set of vans for $20 down from $149. If that doesn’t get you instore nothing will, be sure to visit if you are after some ridiculously cheap but still great shoes

My second time this year being served by Will At the Harbourtown store, as always absolutely top-notch customer service. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

First time into this store. The Sales person named Will warmly greeted us and was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable in helping us find and decide on a comfortable casual shoe. Thanks Will! The store also had a good range and better shoe prices than other Harbour Town stores selling the same shoe.

Attentive and helpful service from staff to help me find a suitable style of sneaker. The employee seemed genuinely happy to help me. Friendly and polite, my receipt says staff member was named 'Dion'. Would return to this store. Prices here are also exceptionally resonable.

Staff DON'T abide by the COVID19 mask restrictions and are very rude to their customers. One female staff member didn't have any mask on at all and I saw her argue with couple who were customers and had told him to get out of the store. He was wearing a mask. She was very rude to him. I will not shop in this store again. I will tell all my nursing friends about my experiences in this store which doesn't abide by the COVID19 requirements. It is disgraceful.

Accidentally spilt a drink in store which went over myself the floor and the shoe rack. I felt so bad so I apologised multiple times and helped clean it up abit.the workers gagged infront of my face the whole time and looked very annoyed at me. It’s an annoying thing to happen but mistakes do happen all the time and there is better ways to approach the situation instead of looking mad and gagging

I got served yesterday but a nice brunette girl but the blonde served my friend and spoke to her so disgusting, she was super rude and we ended up not buying because she had attitude that just annoyed me a lot.

Excellent service, couldn’t be happier with the service and stock. New store is SO worth checking out!

Called into purchase some Birkenstocks. Unfortunately being a clearance store there weren't the styles or sizes I needed. The staff were really helpful though. Store had really good covid procedures. Would shop here in future if they have what I want in stock.

Love this store, great prices and the girls there today (Friday 23rd july) were amazing! Not only did they provide great service but they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Doc Martens. Love you girls! And definitely will be back

My daughter (aged 28) was holding a shoe she liked, the woman in the glasses who worked there, came up, took the shoe straight out of my daughters hand & said “ that’s the one I was looking for” NO APOLOGY at all. She was so rude, we were stunned, won’t shop there again. I would complain to the manager about her, but I think she is the manager, so what’s the point.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE, THE QUALITY OF THEIR SHOES OR THEIR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY. I was given a pair of shoes by my wife and wore them three times. My wife was told by a person in store that these could be exchanged (OR REFUNDED without hastle. Ended up with bad pains in my feet. I took them back within the 30 days and was told I could not exchange them. I then explained that the stitching had started to fall apart on the sides as well. Again, nothing they could do. Go to Vans across the other side and get some proper service.
