Had the pleasure of being served by Lauren today, who was so helpful in helping my Dad to find a pair of shoes that he could look and feel great in. Really impressed by her service and the fact that they had his size in most styles/colours was a massive bonus! Thank you, Lauren:)

This is one of those rare stores where the staff are young but actually bright, cheerful, chatty, and helpful. You could tell they like their job. A+

I was the only customer in the store this afternoon and had my kids with me so they can't have missed me, but the two staff were more interested chatting to each other than acknowledging me in any way. I just stared at them until they looked up. They didn't have the size of what I was after and I won't be returning after that experience.

Excellent customer service! After a not so great experience at JD Sports, Sophia went above and beyond to help my sister find the right pair of shoes and made us feel welcome and happy with our purchase! Thank you!

Went in for a click and collect but had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to get back because apparently the other staff members weren't allowed to process my order. Real inconvenient.

Amazing store with great staff, a cool dude who collected shoes helped me with getting my firs tg pair of docs, so helpful with fitt ijng and comfort and general help and knowledge about the shoes. Will come here to get my shoes they have such a wide range. But might wanna turn the music down, it was a bit loud and hard to hear.

The staff members were really helpful and kind. The Prices are up there but definitely worth it if money isn't a problem definitely recommend having a look

I didn't catch the name of the guy that served me but he was extra helpful and helped me find the right shoes.the store is where i get most if not all my shoes, i love it always a good experience.

Served by Lochlan today on my lunch break which means I was short on time. I had already been to a previous store and the help there was no where near the standard of Platypus. The shoe knowledge of what I wanted was outstanding. Offered me the add on’s of shoe protection and also socks.

He was polite, efficient and made my shopping experience brilliant today. Thanks so much!
