Rory was amazing and helped my mum find the sizes that she needed. Very friendly and great customer service with a smile. Will definitely go back to this store.

Awesome customer service, Rachel allowed me to try on different pairs of shoes and brought out multiple sizes to find my perfect fit. Rachel was a beast, dealt with multiple customers and still provided perfect service not wasting any time.

Probably the worst service ever. Walked in to buy shoes, had to stand and wait for someone to help me with a size. I ended up having to pull someone aside and ask for assistance. Asked for my shoe size and the person never ended up coming back. Went back in during my work break and again had to pull someone aside to ask for help (when they were all standing there talking to each other) got the shoes and I felt like an inconvenience to the workers when it’s a part of their job. It was like I shouldn’t have disturbed them when it’s their job to help. I hope you fix up your recruitments and hire genuinely nice people.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, I ordered a pair of shoes online and when I received them unfortunately they were not pair. Took them to pacific fair shop and explained the situation to them, they were so helpful and professional. They didn’t have the same size but arranged it with Robina shop and I got the correct pair. I am not happy with platypus for sending mismatched shoes but that doesn’t mean to give low review to store.

Was a very easy experience, purchasing some shoes. The store was super busy, but Lilly was so patient. And help us to purchase the correct shoes.

Was browsing today and heard the manager being so rude to a customer acting as if she was better then them. Horrible customer service, made me extremely uncomfortable.

Staff sold a pair of shoes that don't fit to 16 year old whod never shoe shopped on her own before. She asked for a size 8-9 and walked out with 7.5 - went take them back but because she had worn them once - no refund, no exchange nothing. Won't be going back to platypus!

Found the staff member Dion to be very knowledgeable on the products and very personable.
He made shoe shopping for my kids so easy.
He is a real asset to the business that’s for sure

Extremely poor customer service - a staff man was standing right next to me while I was looking at a pair of shoes and trying to figure out the size, no greeting or acknowledgement at all until I approached him to ask. Then I was treated with a dismissive and sarcastic attitude (I’d say somewhat racist as well). I was going to buy those shoes as I’ve been looking online for a while, but had to leave due to the poor experience. I hope you provide more staff training and be more careful with your decision making during the recruitment process.

Took my daughter and had fabulous customer service from a young man called Zac. Unfortunately they didn't have what we wanted (very specific Doc Martens) but he was super helpful and ordered them to be delivered to our home. My daughter loves her boots and Zac made the whole experience a very positive one for her spending her own money on something she really wanted. If Zac is an example of the employees of this shop I would highly recommend.

Today I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I noticed the young manager Kestrel was juggling 4 customers at once, myself included. One of them was even being extremely rude to her. She managed to keep a smile on her face and maintain poise as her help lead me to buying the shoes I wanted. Thank you Kestrel, you are awesome!

Let me start off by saying thank you to the Harbour town staff, you were beyond amazing and helpful.appreciate all the effort you went to to find a store that had stock and ensure they put them aside for me, and id like to say i'm less that satisfied with Robina staff (said they had a pair of size 9 UK docs in stock, get there and its a mismatched pair of size 9.5 and a 9) so then i had to go to this store (Broadbeach), yeah do not recommend at all.after being made to drive 2 hours in peak hour traffic to replace some faulty shoes that's were meant to be in store at another store.and after trying to organize a straight replacement (the logical thing to do with a faulty product out of the box and trying to replace within 24 horus of purchase) they went on to tell me that they had to re do the order and refund me, no big deal right? Wrong, they said the refund takes 5-7 buisness days (after they processed it) and id have to pay for the replacement pair instead of just get a replacement, so after this whole ordeal of driving around all afternoon to three different stores to get one replacement pair of shoes, i have, sore feet from half breaking in the original docs, not a pair of docs, and $200 out of my account i wont see until the sale is over.so then if i do want the shoes, i'm going to have to pay $280 and all they could say is "yeah sorry about that"

My first time going into a specialised store for brand shoes, I was served by Chantelle who was extremely kind, patient and helped with all my questions. Very satisfied with my first pair of Converse with socks to match!

Terrible terrible customer service at Pacific Fair store. Did not even get greeted. People came & left & still I
walked around being ignored. I hope the guy with the plaits in his hair and red bandana & duck tshirt is NOT the Manager!? The plaited guy even 'fixed' some shoes on the other side of the clear perspex display (near the register) that I was standing on the other side off & still nothing! Got totally ignored the whole time I was in there & I was willing to spend $$$ as I had seen a few pairs of shoes online that I wanted to buy! Don't judge a book by it's cover! - golden rule in customer service, which I have worked in for over 10 years! Good thing I wasn't a secret shopper cause EVERY staff member tonight (Thursday 26 November) would have failed abismally - the bald head guy as well! It's not like they were too busy either. I would give you negative stars if I could! Unfortunately I have to give you one star otherwise I can't post this review! And the music was way TOO LOUD! It's not a night club! How are you meant to communicate effectively & efficiently with customers if you can't hear each other properly?

It was clear that the store was understaffed as there was only one person on the floor (greeting/helping customers and running the till) and one person out the back. The lady seemed flustered and came off cold which was understandable given the working conditions. I think it just shows more about the store's management than the staff working at the time. It is unfortunate because it seems the experience people have at this store is a bit hit or miss. Store layout was clean and well presented though.
