Great service and amazing knowledge on all travel questions. Everything is on site including all vaccinations. Would highly recommend clear and concise in explaining travel maps and very up to date in all questions and information.

Wife had a Tele Call with Doctor today. When making appointment was told there was no fee as had concession. The receptionist looked up name but at no time informed that if you had not had a face to face with Doctor in last 12 months there would be a fee of $73
& unable to claim back from Medicare.
Had Tele Call with Doctor then was called from medical center to tell me about $73 fee & unclaimable.
When I explained that I was not asked any questions or informed of fee when making appointment I was told about the fact this had happened to other people earlier this week. Certainly sounds like lack of complete training with all staff / receptionists. Also why weren't staff immediately made aware of this fee and problems & the anxiety being caused to customers because of an unexpected payment. Especially when you advised at booking no fees.
So Why am I being asked to pay even at a reduced rate that is still unclaimable. I feel as a professional business you should stand by your word at the time of booking (No Fee)

Some staff are very rude. You are asked to pay for a service you haven't had yet or you can't see the Dr. If you want to pay cash it has to be done in the morning long before your appointment or too bad you don't get an a appointment.i am now looking for z new Dr.

I have dealt with them for over 10 years I would not go anywhere else even though I have moved all over Toowoomba

Always professional and friendly reception on arrival. Helpful. Dr Porter is one the loveliest Doctors I have known. What a great team.

I've never had to wait in the waiting room long as the Dr's are generally if not always on time. They don't bulk bill, however I've met 3 of the GP's there and they have all been very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to book appointments too when you do it online. My husband goes here too but sees a different male Doctor.
