Plantation Swim School

Spent a couple of hours at a birthday party. Great facilities and wonderful staff. Everyone having a great time. Coffee was awful though.

Turned up in the middle of winter to start my 9 month old in swimming to find the pool not heated. No apology just come next week it might be on. The change table was barely usable and on an angle so actually quite dangerous. Would not take a baby there.

Thanks to the lifeguard today after my daughter's swimming lesson for getting in the pool with her and chatting to her. He was polite, happy and enthusiastic! Top guy!
We can't wait to come back!

We had our daughters 1st birthday here 2 weeks ago and my husband and I cannot thank the Plantation team enough for how exceptional their service was from the get go of planning, Grant was amazing super helpful from the start. Thank you all so so much. Our families and friends enjoyed every second of it. Also, special mention from everyone to the amazing Josh! He went above and beyond and made everything super smooth without stress, he was always checking up to see if we were ok or needed anything. Thank you so much Josh You are of great value to the place/company. Who wouldn’t want to return if they were well looked after? ! We will definitely be back for sure. Absolutely superb, thank you all once again. ️

A great space for the entire family. The slides and pools are good for young kids and there are plenty of shady areas to have a picnic. We had our daughter's birthday there a few years back and booking a pergola was easy. A special mention to Josh, the friendliest lifeguard there and is an asset to the place. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is ok and his customer service skills are to be commended.

I would love to give a huge shout out to Josh the lifeguard. Today my close friend, her 3 year old and I, went for a quick swim - we ended up staying 5 hours. I cannot thank Josh enough for the care he took of young Roman. What life guard delivers your food to you, goes down the slides 400 times with your 3 year old, and even fetches your towel? Absolute asset to the plantation! Our day was made because of you Josh! Don’t ever change, and keep smiling! Keep being a pineapple!:)

Decent for kids but spectator fee is an absolute joke especially when there's no facilities for spectators.

We do love coming here, the pools are great, slides are great and glad to see the surrounding area of the path to the slide fixed up. But I don't understand why with all the complaints/comments over the years there's no sun shades on the playgrounds? Noone can play on them because they're scorching hot. Bit of a waste having them without the shade. Also the tiles surrounding the deep end have been in dire need of repair for a few years now. Cannot believe the price increase and size change for the chips though. Definitely won't be buying them for the kids anymore. Otherwise great pool, doesn't ever get too too busy and big changing rooms. Though for some reason no sanitary bins in the toilet stalls even though there's a sign saying there is a bin in the stall.

Spectacular fee is $4.00. Double the price of anywhere else. The pool is freezing cold! They gave money pack as my 3 year old found it too cold to swim!

You could not find a better managed, or presented facility. All of the staff are the most polite, accommodating and pleasant people to deal with. Just fantastic.

Used to be fairly good value but today was a joke.

Now charging a spectators fee so I paid for myself to sit while 3 kids swam.

Were not told before entering that the slides were both closed for work (on a Saturday) so my kids didn't want to stay.

Ordered $6 worth of chips which used to be a good size so happy to pay but was the smallest serving you could imagine for $6. The large box is handed over 1/3 full.

Every week I show up and am welcomed by your wonderful staff. Especially Andrea, she is the most wonderful person to see every time I show up. She has smiles and has a laugh with amazing h energy and makes my visit so enjoyable.
All staff are 100% and I did want to mention Andrea as she is a highlight for me.
I love your venue and appreciate your staff.

The grass was very over grown needed a mow. The sun chairs are gone also very disappointed and the play area needs a shade sail as it is way to hot for the kids to even walk in there.

My kids loved as the karate school he attends hosts their annual end of year party there, was a wonderful place.

I loved it and my kids loved it too very friendly staff and all round good place too go and would recommend it to friends and family

Great little pool for the kids.
It’s a shame the got rid of the toddler area for 3 play grounds. All playgrounds need a good clean and spider web removal.

Clean pool, great atmosphere, perfect for all ages. Has a bbq area you can higher out for parties relaxing and great staff/life savers.

My family's first time here. Such a great place for the kids lots shaded areas and space to play games. Also has separate playground for the kids

Did a training course here which was great, however, I have never seen such a disgusting pool in my life. It was so dirty you couldn’t see the black line in the small outdoor pool- imagine if a child was at the bottom in a light rashie. There would be no way a lifeguard could see them. It’s irresponsible and gross.
