Planet Arcades

Took our three grandchildren and they enjoyed it we were lucky to grab two seats at the door so we're happy to leave them to do their own thing. I had purchased a card for each of them

It's pretty basic but for our 5 year old it's a great time so we keep going back. Michael was amazing with her today & we really appreciated it:)

Good little arcade, not alot of games but enough to kill some time. Have been a few times most staff are friendly.
Last visit was a little disappointing, Card recharge machine was turned of 45mins before close and a few games, the staff member kept giving us updates on how soon they close. Only went in for a cople of quick games as we had told him this. Felt pressured to get out.

Took the kids to come have a play was looking forward to the kids having fun like I did as a kid.fun ended straight away We werent aloud to stay due to vaccination,
Although anyone else under 18 years old or high school kids were aloud to stay and play without being unvaccinated with no problem at all, everything has turned into the biggest joke family's just want to go out with there kids not be told WE aren't aloud.

Great fun for kids. A fast way to blow $30.

This arcade focuses on redemption and large dedicated arcade pieces. It has a Deadpool pinball machine in acceptable condition. $2 a play for pinball.

Awesome for the little ones. The young fella behind the counter is always happy and cheerful, very helpful and always looking out for the customers. Great asset to the company

There is no Wangan midnight maximum tune 6 here. Need to add that to get the older customers in as thats what a lot of us like to play at the acrade (only reason my mates and i go)

Had a great time with my partner here twice now. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection of games. All the usual. The card system is very convenient and makes me want to spend more money than I should. It's great for children and adults like me looking for a fun and nostalgic time. Staff has been great both visits. A special shoutout to Lachlan who was a lot of fun and helped us out. Really appreciate his service.

I went to North Lakes venue today with a friend and her two kids, under 12 but school age. They are of an age where parents don't have to tag along, but too young to just be dropped and left. VERY disappointing to find there are NO chairs for parents to sit on to watch kids. Considering the cost to play the games, to have no chairs for those watching kids is quite poor customer service.

Helpful and friendly staff. Not a huge place but nonetheless the less it has enough to keep the kids and sometimes adults engaged easily for an hour. It's nice and colourful. We enjoyed the place. Like most arcades it's based on loading the card with money and then using it on the games. It was super fun and we would certainly be going back. My kids enjoyed a lot especially the Rabbids VR ride. Highly recommend it.

The cashier was extremely helpful, assisted us during our whole stay at the arcade, and this has got to be the best arcade for value, especially love the $2 games! It's not a big arcade but it has everything! Can't wait til there's more Planet arcades.

A limited selection of games and no option to pay by the hour. So very expensive and limited options.

Lots of fun games and the card system is easy to use. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

My kids love this place! The Rabbids VR is cool. The staff are nice. The cleanest arcade we have been to.

Small and new, when we went it was quiet and my daughter had a great deal of fun.

Pricing was on par with other venues. Games were good and clean.

Highly recommended.
