Rocked into the shop yesterday looking for a specific new ceramic cooktop, and gave Jimmy a general description and brand, he knew the model straight away. I needed actual measurements to ensure it fitted my kitchen, he went out the back, found one, brought it back and opened it for me to measure. Perfect fit, brilliant service! He even put it aside for me for an hour or so until I could arrange payment and pickup. Highly recommend the shop!

As usual the service was excellent. Shree was very helpful and what we wanted was in stock at a competive price. Our purchases are being delivered next week. Wonderful place to shop and it’s local.

I have spent 1000's with beta pittsworth over 10 years.never again. Washing machine paid for, not available 'nothing g we can do you have to wait' spoke to manager at Warwick (owner of group) rude belligerent not helpful. No washing machine no refund to buy elsewhere just hurry up and wait. NEVER AGAIN! Try to buy local and help! No more

Jimmy and the rest of the team always go beyond normal service. Nothing seems too much of a problem to them. 11 out of10

Pittsworth Betta electrical should be six star rating.when I was looking for the dryer, they had a fantastic range of dryers to choose from. I ordered my dryer in the morning, and it was delivered that afternoon. Tim Who delivered it was polite, courteous, and he even took the old dryer away for me as, I have a back problem.
