What a great afternoon our red hatter group of 16 had yesterday at Broadbeach Most of us had never painted before and the teacher was very helpful and lots of fun. We had the class to ourselves which was amazing. Thanks to Wendy also who helped with the planning. Great job Pino Picasso Broadbeach we will return.

Took my mum here on Friday night to try something new & we had so much fun! Carly was hilarious and a fantastic host who explained the process as you went. The session was relaxed and light, there were no set rules so completely up to you on how you want to go about creating your masterpiece. 10/10 can’t wait to come back again

I had the worst experience at the Broadbeach Pinot and Picasso a couple of months ago.
We came as a group of women.
I thought we would be painting in a relaxed but fun environment, as I have done with two other paint and Sip classes.
We were all cramped in like sardines, I don't know where they thought we could put our nibbles and drinks, there is NO ROOM! Mine and others easels were broken and very grubby. The music that was playing was like we were in a nightclub. The downlights were shining straight in our eyes. The tap was broken in the dirty sink before we even started.
I had checked their Instagram page to find the picture of the protea we were to paint, which looked like a great painting. The painting they had on display in the class looked like something a 5 year old could have painted.
One of the teaches couldn't understand English very well and we didn't understand her when she spoke.
I felt this was nothing more than a money grab situation.
This business needs to find a new location if they are going to pack this many people into a room.
Very disappointed is an understatement.

I came here on two seperate occasions as I brought myself tickets to both the Paint Your Inner Drag Queen event and the Neon Nights: Empowerment event.
The first event that I went to was the Paint Your Inner Drag Queen event with Hannah O'Reilly. This was my first time ever coming to an event at Pinot and Picasso and it was so much fun! Hannah O'Reilly was amazing and brought so much positive energy into the room and made the night so much fun. The only two downsides to my night was the fact that the wooden bar stools are so low to the floor and uncomfortable to sit on especially if you have back issues like I do and the fact that the short haired brunette teacher didn't really teach us what we were painting or come around to help us. I was sitting facing the entrance to the studio and the whole time I was trying to learn to paint the teachers back was to me and myself and the people next to me could not see what was being painted. The teacher didn't really explain what she was doing and we were more so watching her paint and when she did give instructions she only focused on teaching the people in front of her and didn't come around to those of us further away from her to teach us what to do or see if we need help. I am a person who is severely hearing impaired so if I cannot see the canvas or hear instructions there's not much point in me learning to paint.
The second time I went was the Neon Nights: Empowerment event with art teacher Rabia. Rabia was so lovely and an amazing teacher who made sure to fully guide us step to step from start to finish and she made sure to walk around and see if everybody needed help which I really appreciated. I was sitting in the middle of the room so I was right in front of the canvas this time but she made sure to spend time helping every single person in the room which was amazing. At one stage I could not hear what Rabia was saying to me so I notified her that I was hearing impaired and she went above and beyond to not only verbally but visually show me what I am doing as well as guide my hand to show me the right way to paint.

What a fun session we had yesterday. It was so well-organised and the instructors were incredibly friendly and they gave us some terrific advice so that we went home with a finished product we were proud of. The whole vibe was just so relaxed, creative and fun. The music was fabulous. I've got to get my hands on that playlist. If you're looking for it an opportunity to get in touch with your creative side and to have a great deal of fun then check out one of these sessions. You'll not only go home with some great memories and a smile on your face you'll have your own personal treasure to take the home with you. ️️

Excellent service from the initial booking. Wendy created the session especially for us as we wanted an afternoon time slot. We even picked what we wanted to paint. This is going above and beyond! Our teacher was amazing and it was so easy to follow her instructions. We would definitely do this again.

First time doing such an outing. I don't consider myself to be very creative but even I was impressed with the end result of my artwork. Suitable for anyone, no judgement, goal is to have fun along the way. Great atmosphere with music playing & everyone singing as they paint. Teachers break it down step by step. Lots of fun!
