Good pkace to go for a swim, lifeguards, around all the time, place very clean, staff friendly

Not a bad experience overall. The pool area was clean, staff were really friendly. Only downside was the communal showers – had to hunt down the lone private one and wait in line for it. Otherwise, pretty good!

Spent some time at Pimpana Sports Club taking grandson fir his swimming lesson. Nice indoor and outdoor pool as well as restaurant and children's outdoor water theme play area.

The gym needs abit of upgrading, Left Hype Fitness to use the pool and the gym here, However the staff are nice Allround. Cafe is really nice too. Toilets are clean with lockers.
Would nice to have a sauna though.

Fab place to either casually swim or jump in an Aqua class. Group fitness classes are pretty awesome. I love that there's no judgement only support and encouragement.

Fantastic venue for sports, I use it for pool. Friendly counter staff and life guards.
The food and coffee in cafe is really good.

Fantastic facility and great café staff, but was disappointed in the lack of proactiveness from the lifeguards. There doesn’t seem to be much initiative in managing the separate areas for different activities across the indoor pools, where I came with my children and watched as a group of 4 adults played and splashed about in a lane that was meant for lap swimming, as well as a child who occupied another lap swimming lane and also just seemed to be playing. They all should have been in the recreational area that had been laned off separately. However, the lifeguard who was working in the area at the time just allowed this and seemed to even take notice, but chose to do nothing - which is strange considering the ‘strict’ rules there are in the purpose of each pool area. I then watched about 20 minutes later as a handful of young boys swam from the recreational area, across the lane ropes and into the lap swimmers who were trying to swim in their lanes. This time it was another lifeguard watching the area, and again, he did nothing to manage the situation. Every other pool I have visited, the lifeguards were proactive in managing these types of situations to not only ensure the safety of all the patrons (i.e. The boys swimming into other people) but also fairness so that all the visitors have access to the areas they want and may need. For the incredible facility it is, you just expect the staff - ESPECIALLY the lifeguards - to reflect the same standard, and unfortunately they seem to have fallen short.

The reception Lucian and Maria and Emma and Amber always kind and friendly to everyone. Lifeguard Brendan is the best always friendly and nice to people. Thank you.

As a visitor from Sydney I was very impressed with the facilities for all ages. This is a great sports centre and the pools are great for all abilities. My only complaint would be the kids activity area is not covered like all other area and I think this is the most important area to have more shade

Excellent sports hub. Park for young kids including a slide. Has brand new tennis courts, netball courts, gym, classes and swimming pools. Pools include 50m outdoor, indoor heated, and indoor relaxation/ stretching pool.
Very conveniently located.
Great cafe also with hot food, drinks and coffee.
Worth checking out!

Really great facility but heavens above some of the receptionists are so rude. The absolute drilling you get when your bringing a disabled person in for a hydrotherapy appointment is unbelievable. Treated like a common criminal whose trying to rip the system. Yet now they are charging carers who come with clients. At least smile whilst your doing it.

The pools here are amazing! First time attending yesterday. Such a great atmosphere. The water was unreal! And the therapeutic pool was perfect after some decent swimming in the 50m

Any sort of pool you would want. 25m and 50m. A heated adults and heated kids pool, outdoor kids water play area, cafe, and gym.
The staff are friendly and relaxed and there's a store with decent prices if you leave anything at home.

Love this place other than being told off on the way out after the fact that my son dived into pool and was reprimanded upon leaving. Other than everything else was really enjoyable

Great gym and pool facilities. I just don't like their cashless policy. Can be very inconvenient for some people, and please don't tell me it's to do with Covid because I'll laugh.

All heated pools inside and out. Great facilities I can’t praise it enough. Car Park could have been closer especially for the disabled.

Wonderful, the learn to swim customer care team is the best. They encourage children into the water when they are having trouble. Touch base with parents throughout the class. It is an exceptional and professional service.

New awe inspiring facilities being kept pristinely clean. The gym and fitness classes are all you can need at a great price and the baby swim lessons are very educational.
The cafe is a perfect spot to grab a coffee and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
