Went in for my sons four month old immunisations and the nurse and Dr Inayatullah were very thorough and compassionate.

Just want to say, everytime I go here, I always have an awesomse experience with TJ in in pathology (even though I hate needles, she makes it all okay!). Dr Ian makes his room warm and welcoming as well which makes it a better experience all round. Would recommend to go here.

Visited today and to be totally honest, we only went there because they could fit us in on very short notice. But now, having been, I think this may be our new regular GP's office. Dr Khatshen was excellent; he made us feel at ease. The person on reception was super helpful with a lovely, friendly demeanor. The connected pharmacy is very convenient. 10/10 no complaints.

Have to admit I’m not a fan of seeing doctors but Dr Shaun Naidoo is the best. That is all.

For the 3rd time in a row the doctor didn't send the prescription to pharmacy

& wants another appointment for the same thing

Seems like he loves swiping the Medicare card & charging the government

Reception staff have been absolutely amazing to deal with, so friendly, accommodating and understanding. They go above and beyond to ensure I feel supported and can access the care I need even when the practitioners are booked up.

Both Dr Ansuya and Shaun Naidoo are incredible practitioners who deliver thorough, comprehensive care, and are gentle in their approach, with great listening skills. It’s a great experience no matter when we go, the family member being seen, the method of appointment (tele vs clinic) and the concerns we present. Thank you for excellent care.

The reception, GP and Nurse were all so kind. I just happen to need my vaccine be done within the day and they squeeze me in on their books. Really appreciate. Thank you for your quality service.

Made an appointment same day for my 7 yr old son. We saw Dr Ian McMillan. He listened to what I thought was wrong with my son, checked him out and sorted the script in a few minutes. Will go back there. We also had all our admin questions answered - we have just moved to Australia from New Zealand and haven't used the Healthcare system here before. Receptionist was also pretty good.

I asked for assistance with mental health and was told that I'd be just fine while searching for a different practice to help me.

Was my first initial visit with them as my child needed to be seen and can say it was very easy to fill out forms before hand etc and time management was very good, as you all know doctors can take a little while until you are seen.

Excellent medical centre. Terrific doctors who actually listen to patients. All the staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Been going there for over 5 years. Only problem I have had was recently one of the doctors failed to follow up with care. After numerous calls leaving messages without a response for nearly a week contacted the manager and got to a resolution. This issue shouldn't really be that hard Dr Inayatullah.

I love this practice! The ladies at the reception are very welcoming. I’ve had good experiences with the Sullivan pathologist. Lastly, my GP, Dr Inayatullah is simply awesome:)
