Pillow Talk Noosa

I came to the store to purchase a rug for my living space. I had friendly Yo who helped me with a transaction and helped me put the rug in my car. Very lovely and helpful staff. Unfortunately I mistaken the right size I needed and had to return it. Lovely and understanding Manager Kathryn helped me sort the issue out. I'm so grateful for such a great service and I will be coming to the store more. Btw. I love the bed covers I bought. Thank you girls. Highly recommend:)

Upsetting. I’ve mistakenly already posted on the Kawana PT web review. It was the Noosa store that I will not deal with again. Two hour round trip, next day tried to put my king Doona into the cover and my order I was given was a queen. Swapping wasn’t a problem if I’d go up and exchange it. I declined. The Manager then made all the excuses that she could come up with telling me it wasn’t ‘human error’ and said that it would be out of her way to drop it to Kawana even she lives down that way. Another 30 minutes travel for me. I asked about when she could rectify this and she said she couldn’t until next week because she had family coming. So did I. Hence the new linen. I spent $220 on the order and another $140 in store when I got there. What concerned me the most was her complete lack of customer service. In the end I had to say I would hang up if she didn’t stop speaking to me in a raised voice literally not even letting me get a word in. She didn’t stop even after I said it a couple of times. So I hung up. It’s in the hands of head office.

Great shop, we were served by Evy and she was so helpful and friendly, she is a credit to your store!

Lisa at the front counter is amazing, computer issues and customer's waiting, she handled the stress beautifully. She definitely needs a pat on the back.

I would like to thank Yo at Pillow Talk Noosa for her fabulous help each time I have visited this store! Just recently (October) I have re-styled my own bedroom with super king size bed, as well as our daughters room with bunk beds. I’ve purchased new linen/quilts and pillows each time. Yo has assisted me on each occasion with putting colours and patterns together, two things I absolutely struggle with! I’d be completely lost (and likely still wandering around trying to select throw cushions) without the help of Yo! She is an absolute asset to your team.friendly, helpful and genuinely great at styling! A huge thanks!

I have shopped at Pillow Talk Noosaville since it opened. We always have amazing customer service and yesterday was no different. Karen's product knowledge and suggestions were above expectations.

I shop frequently at Pillow Talk Noosa as it is the closest to me. I went in today to solve a bedding dilemma - duvet weight, duvet cover etc. Changing weather mean I need different solutions. Gilligan was able to provide exactly what I needed. Very patient as I changed my mind and needed to see a number of options. She even helped me with getting purchases to my car! Can't recommend her highly enough!

On entering the Noosa Civic store today and unable to locate a hand sanitiser "station", I asked the sales person at the desk where I could find it, to be told that it is not available and very grudgingly, a near empty bottle was produced from behind the counter and literally thumped on the desk. In my shock, I said that I thought hand sanitisers were always available to customers and this decidedly unhappy person said along the lines of that it now wasn't so too bad. Her attitude was not even on the lowest level of customer service that should be expected. I had just shopped in Bed Bath and Table plus Adairs. All of which had a visible sanitiser station requesting to utilise on entrance and exit. Their staff without exception were most helpful and a credit to the companies that employ them. The only reason that I gave Pillowtalk 2 stars was that they had the items I was searching for and I was subsequently served by a most charming and helpful lady by the name of Yo. Yo definitely deserves a recommendation but this other woman does not.

Was looking for a mattress topper.helpful staff assisted with one on sale.also walked out with a new pillow.

I often shop at Pillow Talk but today I was given a price on a sale item by one assistant and then when I went to pay for it I was charged $10 more. When I questioned it I was told the first person had got it wrong even though she scanned it. Very disappointed.

Great service and great product, wait for the sales though. We buy all our linen from Pillow Talk.
