Visited the store today in search of the perfect bedding, with an idea in mind and on limited time. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and David helped make the whole process easier! This was truly the most enjoyable shopping adventure, with great service, knowledge and the whole experience was a breeze! Highly recommend!

The customer service at this Pillow Talk is absolutely amazing. I could have been there for 2 hours searching for what I needed but the staff took me around in 10min, showed me all the pro/cons of each product etc.thank you!

Thank you Colby -your help was outstanding - I could have been in the store for hours looking for everything I wanted. I looked at the online catalogue and saw a lovely bed made up with dusty a pink doona and cushions.
I loved it as soon as I saw it and Colby helped me get everything I needed in record time. I have always bought my bed linen from Pillow Talk their stock is beautiful - now if only they would start stocking super bright bed linen just like their towels I would move in to a store. I did a complete bed fit out, sheets doona cushions throw rugs and so many pillows the bed has no from for me. Baa haa. I do like it. I have posted a photo.

Great store, love their products but usually buy online. The staff were super helpful. They were always on hand to answer any questions I may have had. Great sale prices, highly recommend.

The best ever customer service. I was greeted at the door by the store manager who asked what I was after. She then lead me to the goods and explained the options. After I made my selections, she took all the items from me and carried them for me to the checkout where she personally rang through my purchase and then gave me a discount. I couldn't have been treated better had I been royalty. So rare to experience customer service like this. I had just come from another similar store where the place was a mess and I couldn't find the item I wanted. So it was a delightful surprise. Thank you for turning my day around.

Great place. Went in looking.for a mirror and brought 330 worth of bedding. Lovely.lady that served us but can't remember her name.

Branch Manager is rude, we bought (Hilton memory foam pillow) from them; it was very hard, uncomfortable and giving neck pain and bad headache.
I talked to the store four days later, explained to them that I’m not happy with the product.
I got a call back from the branch manager asking me to bring it back so they can see what to do, and she said we have to return it in the same day she called as she is going to be on leave later.
When we took it back in the same day, she had a look and said nothing wrong with it and they can’t return it.
Why did you make us drive all the way to you with the pillow to tell us that?
Moreover, even if the shop policy is not to return these things, you could have found a middle ground to sorted it out if the customer isn’t happy with your product.
We returned the pillow in a very good condition and more hygienic than the pillows you have in display in your show room.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from them if you are unsure of what you want to buy, as they will not give you the right advice or assistance when required.
You could get better and cheaper products with guaranteed customer satisfaction and return policy if unhappy every where else.
Wasting of time and money!

Towels, sheets, pillows, bedding. Kids quilt sets were very limited and low in stock. Nice cushion and bedroom design options.

Very helpful staff. I will be returning to this store. Thank you for all of your help.

All I can say is I got great customer service this morning.served by a young fella, at 9am Thursday morning, didnt get his name sorry, he was so helpful.

Helpful n knowledgeable staff, tidy store easy to locate items required. In all the years I have been a customer its been the same

Couldn't even supply me with the new asuka submissive body pillow, next time would rather have proper customer service instead of getting escorted out.
