Disgusted with the customer service from a manager at Noosaville store. I travelled a two hour round trip to Noosa store from Caloundra for a click and collect. The only PT store with my choice. I spent $240 for my order. When I got to the store I spent a further $130. I ordered and paid for a King size and when I struggled to fit the quilt cover I checked and it was a Queen. The manager of the store was rude and uncompromising telling me it was not human error. How can you have the order on the computer and not check the item? She complained she’d have to drive to the Kawana store as if it were a favour. Again I have to use my valuable time to rectify their mistake. Last time I shop at Pillow Talk.

I had a problem with blanket stretching Madi from head office very helpful am returning it to local store for exchange.so very happy with out come.nice people to deal with.makes life easy

We are new to Queensland and had not heard of this store. We found it by accident when looking for wall art for our new apartment. We purchased quite a few items, including wall art, bathroom accessories and a serving tray.
Yesterday we went back for bed linen and had fantastic assistance from Brooke. In fact all the staff we have had interactions with have been very positive. Looking forward to making regular visits

I had some very amazing customer service a week before Christmas. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff here means Iwill return over and again and reccomend highly. They already have great products, the amazing staff are a huge bonus!

My favourite shop! Great variety for bedding and decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend being a member you can get great savings. The online website is good too. There is the option to pick up in store if buying online, should they have the stock available.

This store was beautifully presented and full of stock. Lindsay was extremely helpful and accommodating while we struggled to decide between some amazing designs. Great experience

The staff & place is ok however it is full of Chinese manufactured products, so as far as I concerned, I dislike it. We need all these people to stop getting stuff done in that country.

Found everything i needed to redo several rooms. Staff very accommodating and friendly. With catalogue and new member discounts allowed me to get a few extra things.

My partner and I went into pillow talk the other day at kawana. We were really impressed with the products and how the shop looked, everything looked amazing and gave us good inspo for our new house. When we have been to other pillow talks it has been messy and confusing, really impressed with the store set up. Thanks so much for making it easy to shop in and welcoming!

The service we experienced from Jacinta was absolutely excellent. We were so unsure about the kind of pillows to buy and she assisted us to making an informed decision. Her knowledge, friendliness & care will have us coming back again! She also took the time to search the system for a product that was not on the shelf in the size we needed but found we could order it in. She went above and beyond and we recommend her service to anyone!

Great product, large range, good prices, especially if you're a loyalty club member. The staff really know their stuff too, always so helpful and friendly. I don't go anywhere else for bedlinen, pillows, comforters or bathroom linens.

Just had a very unpleasant experience in pillow talk @ Kawana. I asked a shop assistance a question and she was rude, couldn't be bothered to assist me. So I eventually found whatnot was looking for and went to pay and was severed by another older grumpy and very rude lady who did not even gave basic manners. PICK YOUR GAME UP PEOPLE! I should have walked out but spent nearly $400! Very disappointing service and hope the staff take some happy pills!

Antonia provided excellent customer service, patience and helpfulness on the day I was in store.
Great size store with excellent variety.

No one really approached me as I was wandering around, but the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite. Didn't find everything I was looking for but they have a lot of sick and some really good things on sale.
