Have visited a few times and have always received great service from the staff. But not 5 stars due to the store due to a large section of the store now being decors and homewares, also they aren't stocking any brand name products, only their own brands.

Lasma was truly amazing. She had all the time and patience to help me with my cushion selection. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Thanks so much Lasma, I really appreciated all your help.

Visited Jindalee store last week. I was served by Hope, she had such a wonderful smile and was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Love shopping at Pillow Talk.

I called this store today and a lovely lady named Fiona answered. She was so friendly and helpful and made the sale so easy. Thank you.

Went in on a Saturday to buy pillows, got charged twice accidentally. Had to wait until Monday until someone would even speak to me about it, I called them not the other way around. Finally admitted that I had been charged incorrectly but told refund could now take 10 days. Offered to drive to store so they could manually put money back onto my card or just give me cash as I would like the money back; told ‘that’s not the way they do it’. Pretty much no effort made to correct their mistake

Staff were super helpful in finding the product I was after and helping decide between the options with information and guidance.

Big store with lots of great pillows but disappointing sheet colours and we could not find what we wanted here.

Lovely big store. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Returns are accepted so you can take things home to see what they look like at your place.

Always friendly and prices are alright. Good mix of things and store is easy to get around. Good parking too.

Disappointed that I needed to drive to Annerley for required item. Jindalee store informed me they no longer sent required items from store to store. This service was a great benefit to a senior. Have been shopping with Pillow Talk for over 30 years n will not drive to another store again if item is not available in my favourite store.
