Pillow Talk Capalaba

I came in to buy a few things, Nelly went above and beyond to sort me out, she was very helpful!

I have always loved popping into pillow talk at Capalaba, but after the recent renovation, it’s so much more enjoyable! The store is large and spacious and I can always find what I’m after. The staff are always friendly and helpful, willing to work through my lists of what I need with me and making sure my styling ideas are going to work. I’ve been super happy with all my recent purchases and look forward to heading back in again in the near future to grab a few more things

Fantastic shopping experience with Amanda today. I was asked if I needed assistance and when I agreed, Amanda came up with solutions to a problem I've been having for over 2 months. She offered up products I was asking about, gave me excellent pricing, information, advice which allowed me to make a brilliant, cost saving, and spending decision. I can't thank her enough. She listened, understood, was friendly and professional and I will absolutely return to shop with her again. Pillow Talk Capalaba is my go to for home decor, and I haven't always had the best experience, usually being ignored or passed over when I asked my questions (at this particular store) Other stores always willing to put together combinations for me to show me how to make things work well for our home. I couldn't be happier with my purchases today and I shall be back. She is worth her weight in gold! Thanks so much Amanda:)

Had the most wonderful experience with Julie today! I went in looking for bedroom inspiration and her styling advice was absolutely amazing! We chose a quilt cover and built the bedroom surroundings by incorporating the blues, whites and neutrals to bring it all together. Cannot thank Julie enough for taking the time to patiently walk me through my options until we found the perfect style for my room! 5 Stars

Most unhelpful and rude staff in this store. Every single time I’ve been in this store the staff cannot be bothered to help. Simply rude. I won’t go to this store again. Cannon hill store such a different experience.

This 1 star is solely for the customer service experience at the Capalaba store. Our experience with Julie the manager was the exact opposite of what you expect customer service should be.apart from the fact my friend felt like this woman was doing us a favour by shopping there, we were given incorrect information which apparently "head office" didnot pass down to her. We wanted to purchase a chair but as the store does not offer a delivery service, were advised to go online and purchase as delivery was offered. Came all the way home only to find that when we went onto the website she directed us to, the chair was an "instore exclusive". Back to the store, eventually got a "sorry" but with the attitude it was not her fault.

Walked out empty handed after more than 1 staff members walked passed me several times without any acknowledgement. I have always had great experiences at pillow talk Cannon Hill and Wilston. Will take my business to them instead.

Visited pillow talk for the first time by my self the other day and had no idea about pillows, the lovely ladies help me choose the perfect pillow.

I was very impressed being assisted almost straight away by a lovely and knowledgable lady who I believe to be the manager. Usually someone will come see if you need help with something pretty quickly. For someone who knows nothing about bedding I came out of there knowing what I was after and exxited to deck out my new bed. Prices are a bit high but the quality justifies it in some cases but there are a few things that just have crazy prices.

The staff always go above and beyond to help. Even going to far as to let me redecorate the front bed so I can get "the look" just right before purchasing. Products are quality too.

Good service, lady helped me choose a gift for a friend (beach lounger). I would never of thought of it and my friend loved it, so do I. Going back to get myself one.

Had a lovely experience in the store on the weekend helpful staff. Even though they seemed to be understaffed.

I spent much time (days) unable to decide on cushions/colours to complement the styling of my living room. Then on requesting help from the assistant at Pillow Talk and showing her photos of my wall art, she instantly identified a theme colour and offered a combination of cushions which now works beautifully in my new home.

I only Shop at Pillow Talk, for good quality items- plus the wonderful Staff, these days its outstanding to receive customer service. Every time i walk in, within seconds a Friendly Staff member will ask me, Can i help you. I was at Capalaba today, thanked both the Friendly Staff. They did say, the Owners a good to work for. I will be telling others- Thankyou
