Each time I visit Cannon Hill store it’s a great experience - I am always greeted by friendly staff ready to assist. The store has a great vibe! The products are beautiful, on trend and well priced - often a special/reward on offer which is an added bonus.

Cannon Hill Pillow Talk, I was served by Miriam and she was absolute pleasure helping me shop for all my goods. 10/10 customer service as she was friendly, personable and honest. She went to such long lengths to help me choose the right towels and bed quilt/covers and even helped me carry everything to my car.

I’d love to give a massive shout out to the team at Cannon Hill, in particular Miriam. I went in-store during a busy sale period looking to track down a mirror as the website was down and wouldn’t allow click and collect orders to be processed. Despite being super busy, she called around stores for me and organised for one to be transported to Cannon Hill to make collection easier for me. As Pillow Talk don’t offer delivery on large mirrors, I really appreciated that went above and beyond to make it transport it easier for me. Thanks again for all your help!

Went in at closing time 5.28pm because of my working hours and they said they were closing and I said that i just need a good pillow and let the young lady pick it for me to save time and I can honestly say, the service was exceptional right up to 5.30pm and the pillow she gave me is perfect. I recently went t o store to purchase curtains was told no longer on sale even though catalogue does not have an end of sale date was showing catalogue was given them at sale price but was not given membership discount then this past weekend was looking a plant pots found one I liked at 29.9and when enquiries re another staff member took it away and said was not correct label and price was not offered it at price marked

Visiting the store today, I was pondering some items when this loud man walked pass asking if I was ok! I just ignored his rapid loud movements. A lovely lady was helping me when this same loud man yelled across the store at her to.come the checkout. I felt so.embarrassed for this young lady and told her i was fine so she could go. I was some what horrified at this behaviour towards staff. I decided I did not want to.shopping in this store and left.

Friendly, helpful staff who kept my online order for me outside the time frame because of lockdown.

I called to enquire about a promotion that was running two months ago. Leanne was extremely helpful in locating the exact item I was looking for, and put it aside for me.
