Pillow Talk Browns Plains

Was served by Krystal who was lovely and friendly. We wanted to pick up some pillows, she asked some questions about the sleeping style, picked 3 pillows out and were able to try them out. Very happy with the service.

If only I got paid to visit this store. I could spend hours roaming around looking at all the latest bed linen and homewares. The staff here are friendly and very helpful often checking in on customers and offering to take items you’ve selected to the counter freeing up your hands.

Their knowledge and friendless keeps me coming back time and time again.

Waited nearly 5 mins at the counter while 2 staff we talking close by and another was down the back putting out stock. No one came near the counter even though there we other people in the shop. I just walked out when. No one came to serve me. Disappointed with service.

Brilliant service from Natasha yesterday! Very helpful genuine smile and extremely pleasant. Thank you! This is rarely seen in customer service now days but to experience such great customer service I feel compelled to write what an asset Natasha is to Pillow talk!

Nobody should feel judged when returning an item with a receipt just because it wasn’t purchased at that particular store.

I bought 2 European pillows, when I paid for them, I wasn't told that there were no refunds or exchange on them. I bought them for a present, my friend had gone the same day and got the European pillows. I took them back the next day only to be told that due to covid they can't refund or exchange. I told them that they should provide that information to their customers before paying for the products. If I knew, I wouldn't bought them. Very upset.

The staff were walking around, assisting customers, sorting stock WITHOUT COVERING THEIR FACES. A couple of the staff had their masks hanging around their necks, and one had no mask at all. I was shocked, and appalled, that staff members would put their customers' health at risk in this way. I won't be buying from them, for sure.

Incompetent staff who will do anything to make a sale. Waisted my time coming down asking questions only to get home and the product be A HELL OF a lot smaller than in store. Spoke to manager who couldn't care less about a disappointed staff member. Her reply was poor. Will go to adiars now and never come back.

Everytime I go to this store I come out smiling. Kylie (I hope I've got the name right) is awesome. So happy and nothing is too hard. Great customer service.

Seriously. I just wanted a few new pillows. And yet the team member who helped me made sure I went home with exactly what was right for me. Top shelf service, range and great prices.

Staff were great but their colour selection and patterns left a lot to be desired, very boring and outdated

Lets be honest, I go in there because I'm with the better half. They sell bedding and apparently we need it.

Bad services and was not greeted by anyone, never asked for help with anything and was ignored.

Poppy was great, she knew all her stock and was very informative.
It was a pleasure shopping there today. Wish more shops had good staff like her. She is worth more money.

It was an absolute pleasure to shop at Pillow Talk, Brown's Plains. They have a great range of products and we were spoilt for choice. The store is very well laid out and maintained. But most importantly, the friendly and helpful staff are just awesome. They happily and patiently showed me the various products I was looking for. There was absolutely no sales pressure and I didn't feel hurried or rushed by the lovely ladies there. Thank you so much for helping me get exactly what I was looking for!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TOTALLY IGNORED BY STAFF, EVEN AT THE FRONT COUNTER. WON'T SHOP THERE AGAIN

If you like bedding, this is a great store.
Friendly and helpful staff and good range of products.

Want that new fancy towel, sure.
Want a new hyperallergenic pillow, sure.
Want some basic cheap stuff, sure.

Basically, if you want expensive fancy stuff, they will have it but if you just want normal basic stuff, they will also have it.

Would have given them 5 stars but they lost out on customer service. Not the quality but the quantity. Price: Check. Range: Check. Customer service: No. Point of sale services was great, as was the further 20% off, but there was little sales area assistance. Still a good place to buy a pillow though.
