I love going to the North Lakes Pillow talk - Kerrie the store Manager and her team are by far the nicest team around. They know there stuff and so friendly you are always made to feel very welcome and have a laugh as they are so much fun. I went into the North Lakes store on Saturday to do a big yearly refresh of the house the staff went above and beyond even offering my kids lollies which went down well.
You don’t feel like you are shopping in a large chain store it has a small local community feel which I really like - Thank-you for great service and I love my new bedding me and the kids all had the best night sleep.
Hard to find shop. Staff totally ignored customers, too busy sharing a laugh. Even those organising a display showed no interest. No interest in what customers may be looking for.
5 stars for stock availability, 1 stars for customer service. There were 3 people working in the store, stocking shelves not 1 person asked me if i needed assistance, discussed going on their lunchbreak. Didnt look happy to have to walk back to the register to let me purchase my products.

No customer service I returned a faulty item (cushion) which they didn't honour the return.
I love Pillow talk but not this store! Take the drive to Morayfield top notch service everytime you won't be disappointed. As my local store Northlakes you have lost me as a customer, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I visited the store today and purchased a "Double Size" Wool Therapy Winter Weight Washable Wool Quilt for $109.00 which I was able to get discount as the sale ended a week ago. I am so grateful thank you. However, I'd like to know how another store in Qld is able to SELL a Queen size (same brand) for $70. A friend of mine got it for that price. I asked the lady behind the counter and she couldn't
answer me?
Very helpful staff! Very knowledgeable about mattress protectors and saved me from purchasing one that would have been awful for our needs. Store was very clean and well stocked.

Great store, lots of products on hand. Price tags are reasonable considering the quality (still only early days, although in our house nothing lasts more than a day or two before an animal or myself ruins everything).
