Disappointing that you mince steak is $13 kilo compares to Woolworths $11.avocado’s $1.50 compared to Woolworths $1.30 each Or we could have bought your rock hard 5 pack of avocados for $4. They are going to take over a week to ripen

My favourite supermarket in Cairns. The stock assortment is amazing, especially Asian speciality items and European treats such as Dutch licorice, an item that is near impossible to find in Cairns. Produce is also very fresh and local.
The staff are well vetted, genuinely friendly and really happy to help.

Great outlet & a large IGA compared to most. Can find many items not stocked by the 2 other main players, & a quality, well-stocked meats & deli are very welcomed.
Nothing to dislike here at all.

Today's special Pork Shoulder Roast Boneless at $7.49kg. It's a fantastic price. Even the Muslims can't believe it and buying it all up?

Arrived just before closing yesterday (Sat) to pick up some milk. Told I could not enter for insurance reasons. What a strange reason. It was 2 minutes before closing. Bought milk elsewhere. If you are a manager reading this would love an explanation of this bizarre staff behaviour. Maybe making their own rules.

Would not recommend standing out the front of the shop for more than 5 minutes as this raises your chances of being randomly assaulted from 70% to 98%.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Selection of goods and produce is great. Have great range of gluten free products. Ample disabled parking spaces available close to the doors.

Has a great selection and a cool vibe however too busy and crowded for my personality, with people squeezing past one another cramped isles and long waiting lines, but has self check out which is a big plus for an IGA.

Its not often that I leave a review like this, but this was the most average experience of my life. The staff was welcoming but not very talkative. The service was there, but not overly impressive. The products were present, but not a large variety. The young man who served me appeared as if he did not want to be there, must have been upset about his tragic haircut.

I am not at all impressed, but nor am I disappointed.

To put it simply, this was a nothing experience and I have very little words about this matter.

Sometimes you can get good specials here. But I always shop at Earville for my main shopping for better value.

Lucky to get 1 star, I will NOT be going back. Today was disgusting, I witnessed a handful of young teens walking through the iga breaking things, opening packets of confectionary ect and making huge messes all over the floors, I had to alert the staff, NOTHING was done to make any of us customers feel safe, no security, the police were not notified, the teens were not asked to leave, when we go to places like a supermarket we all should feel safe, I do NOT recommend this supermarket to anyone

Quick & easy walk through to find what I needed. Pleasantly surprised that one of my much needed items was included in a spot 3 day sale; thank you Piccone's IGA!

Great supermarket with everything from easrer eggs to the usual supermarket goods. Good prices and staff.

This IGA is great. Comprehensive selection of quality goods. Prices are competitive with the big Supermarkets & sometimes better. The staff are always friendly, yet not overbearing. My favourite IGA, highly recommend.
