I thought I had to change my charging port for my old iphone 11 Pro. I took it there to get it fixed, the Tech just had a look and he said there was debris inside the charging port. I got charged $20 for cleaning instead of changing the port. I’m so happy that my old iphone is working again. Very honest business, highly recommended! They are located in front of Target if you don’t know.

Outstanding service - these guys stepped up when it mattered. My daughter purchased a new phone case in December 2019 for an iPhone Pro 11 Max she was anticipating receiving when she updated her phone contract in January. She paid for the personalised case and picked it up in December, but, due to COVID-19, the new phone was delayed, time and time again, by her phone company. In the end, it didn't arrive until June 2020! When she went to put her new case on, it was to find that Happytel had mistakenly provided her with the smaller iPhone 11 Pro case. As it was personalised and there had been a lengthy duration since purchase, she was really concerned about getting assistance, even though it was a vendor's error. In the end, Happytel were great - they acknowledged their mistake and immediately replaced the case, even though they wouldn't be able to sell the incorrect one. We were really impressed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for service that stands out well above the myriad of other phone case sellers out there. Thank you - we'll be back!

August fixed my phone screen (but it did not work power button as well) after fixing the phone, the power button is working, he fixed the power button, he said that there was dust on the power button connector, i did not expect that he cleaned the phone as well, thanks you so much! These guys are brilliant. Brought my iphone X in because it wouldn't charge and they fixed it in about 30 seconds for free as there was only something blocking the port. Highly recommended!

Awesome follow up service, the screen and LCD came off cracking the screen, replaced under waranty with no issues, will get my phone repairs done here again if needed
